    I believe we can make our own “luck.” A lot of times people have called me lucky when I simply used the laws of probability and compounding in my favor. I.e; do not waste your time on things that do not matter and then the things that do shall fall into place. But I suppose luck can work. I am just more of a “law of averages” type.

    *playful mode on* See, Crypty. This is why you know me so well. I have been waiting and waiting. My best friend likes to don a top hat along with his fancy garment, magical items and all that is missing is a white rabbit to top off the look and live in his hat. *playful mode subsides to contemplate something* I am also thinking about.... life... Did you know that when you say "yes" to something, you say "no" to other things. So it is very important that you say only "yes" to things that align with who you are or enrich you lol Life can be so beautiful even in the midst of chaos when you choose not to engage in things that do not enhance the quality of yours. *playful mode reactivated* So, yeah, being a rabbit is a definite yes. All the carrots, all the top hats and all the free magics! c: oh my freakin gosh agrdfgzidgjzihs ahahahahaha *blushes and rolls away into a top hat*

    I can't say this is right, but I think it's just to make the most out of the time you have and be happy. You shouldn't feel the need to survive in this world, but just be able to live. (Of course, not everyone has the best situation.) You also play a key role in how your life is lived, so it's always the best to make great choices. Even when not so good choices are made, we can learn that way.

     

    The experience we all have, life, is wonderful. All of the adversities are what mold you into the person you are. We are still wet clay that is being shaped. When our lifespan is up, we'll be fired and be statues which reflect the amazing person we became in the end.

     

    We also have the power to wake up everyday. Even when some don't have all of their senses, we know the world is around us. Maybe take a moment to appreciate that you woke up today. ^^

     

    Living and learning.

     I just want to say that I really respect and admire your approach to this. Life is never easy but we do our best to make things work with what we have. You are very wise -- you know.. despite being a frog and all. :mlp_icwudt:

    I tend to be a magnet for people who are kind, friendly and even playful so it tends to be a bit overwhelming at times when I barely know them or get invited to parties or banter irl. But to call them officially “friends” is a bit much. Even if I do notice they fling the word around a bit casually to me. in my experience, the people who have “pushed” the friendship the hardest have been the most questionable. How ironic. Those who have been respectful, sincere, etc have been the most surprising and amazing of experiences despite being less desperate about it. To me… it is acquaintances first and then it builds up from there. Friendship takes time and not everyone is compatible even if their intentions are initially good. The word “friend” is a bit more of an intense responsibility to me. With respecting their conversation and taking time to bond, etc. Sadly, some people are just drawn to chaos and conflict and this is how they “friendship” - getting disappointed or downright angry when others prefer not to engage in that when barely knowing each other or the deeper context as to why they even should… it is disheartening to see this. Even more so when these types consider me “cold” when I find life has such a richer meaning other than fleeting, ephemeral matters… Now… best friend… is just an even higher level. When this level is achieved, I feel as though I am glowing with beautiful riches of the soul. But anything below friend has more of a formal cordiality to me.

    Natural. I am neither good nor evil. I find I tend to reflect back what people have shown to me and it is something that people have found interesting to observe. Because even when someone is pretending to be nice and it is sensed… I become super evasive. And the person feels betrayed that I was not naive enough to fall for it or thinks that I am being “fake” when I am actually just trying to be polite. Ultimately, it is a projection of themselves and I can definitely pack a bite if they try to cross boundaries. Which, they then feel betrayed by, which makes sense since… I think good people would not even bother to bite back. At the same time, I tend to do less-than-good things as a reaction rather than my own thrill or sadistic drive to enjoy it. So, hopefully I am just neutral.

    For me, it is the fact that I feel very stuck on something right now. *sigh* the feeling of hitting a plateau or not advancing further is making me anxious and impatient. But I suppose that is all part of the test of character or something... I am sorry you are going through some harsh discomforts, ZiggWheels. You are such a lovely person and there will always be warmth, hugs and continuity here amidst friends.

    A certain dialogue with a friend today made me laugh. Him: It was nice catching up. But now I am tired and have to go. Goodnight, Silky. Me: Ah. That is unfortunate. While we were engaging in such a deep discussion, I have accidentally tied you to the chair, so you cannot go. Him: You... tied me to the.. chair?! Me: Yep. Him: Is this how you managed to befriend that shy person that nobody else is able to get in touch with? Is this what you do? You tie him up to a chair? Me: ... o.o;; w-wha? Ahem.. no.. I was just being playful.. it is not actually serious. I... Him: I understand that you like to bond but I had no idea this is what you had in mind -- quite literally -- bonding people.     Very poor. I used to be rather eloquent. What is interesting is that I would rather provide substance over writing too much fluff. And this has generally cut out a lot of fillers, etc but it can be fun to be more descriptive and poetic. I should probably get back into that.

    Yurrrpppp. Those who are close to me know. Germaphobia. I love cleanliness. Hmmm.... what else? I am sure I have some irrational fear somewhere. Let me think... I used to have glossophobia but overcame that. Also... can you imagine having phobophobia? hahah now that is some interesting inception!

    Hard to say. I learned a lot of what I know because of the time that I had spent. The mistakes that I had made and the people that I have encountered -- both good and bad. It is difficult for me to look back with regret when I am just grateful for any little thing that is good that may have come out of it. I do have regrets but only in terms of holding myself up to a better standard.

    I love crunchy things in generaI So, sure? But not something I need to do. When summer hits, it might be a nice idea just to keep cool in general. But then again... as the Ice Princess.. I mean.. how could I not like ice?
