I am a little mad. I keep going back and forth with this company over their warranty, they keep coming up with new excuses for why they can't just replace my broken charger. "Oh, well, we need photos of it first" I send them photos of it, all angles, everything. "No, no, now you need photos with the serial number and order number written a piece paper above the item" I do what they say. "Now we need video of you testing the outlet while showing that the charger doesn't work" okay, sure dude. What's next, do you want a picture of the broken charger with my social security number next to it?
