I don't know, perhaps the reason why I am not drawn to the concept of Equestria Girls as much as My Little Pony FIM, is because it involves humans? yes, the main characters may not be all evil, but it still brings back painful reminders of how messed up our world is. It waters down the escapism somewhat, at least it does for me anyway. The idea of writing a story/fiction where they were in the "human world" and could possibly end up dealing with people with hateful ideologies, makes me cringe.

Humans are just a glitch in the Matrix, that's all we are. It's a metaphor. But I don't call a species that sabre rattles nuclear war "the most intelligent". It takes a shocking amount of incompetence to even propose the idea and even experts have said this. It's cutting off your nose to spite your face, actually I think that phrase doesn't do that justice, we need a stronger word than irrational.

It should not surprise people what I wrote in my MLP fan fiction. I don't want to be part of a world that supports genocides. That's where I disagree with some people who claim Princess Celestia in the fictional world of Equestria from My Little Pony is a "bad ruler". We have Zionists in power in the real world, white supremacists, antisemites etc. I'd much rather be ruled by Celestia than people like that. Too bad nobody can go to the place because of it being non existent, where they could be shown a more peaceful way of living, yeah they may not have the best healthcare system, but some countries don't even have good healthcare systems, some have bad ones, privatized where many people cannot afford treatment, our world quite frankly sucks.

I could make an essay on the reasons why I think Equestria is better than the real world, it's as you said Night Sky, more spiritually elevated, not in terms of religion, but how characters treat each other. but you know it's not going to make a lick of difference. Warmongers and division are common and although I should save discussions like that for the Twilight Soapbox thread, I don't know why I even bother. Nobody except a small number of people even care about what is discussed there. Humans make mistakes, and continue to make them, even when warned about the consequences, the rise of fascism is a dark reality of the world we live in, and it's disgusting, and I doubt it ever will be defeated, because people keep supporting crooks like that.

The Last Roundup is one of my favourite MLP episodes from what I remember of it. Unfortunately a culture war destroyed a popular character in the show. Makes me lose faith in humanity sometimes, I see a lot of myself in DH, the desire to help, the desire to have fun and innocence. And I do wish I could exist in that fantasy world of Equestria and away from the toxic world that is the real one. You said you wished for the same Night Sky, and I understand why.

I noticed you like Celestia from MLP FIM, yeah she can be funny sometimes. Like that time when she gave that smirk to Tirek after Tirek failed to steal her magic. Tirek got trolled. She knew the one thing Tirek came for he failed to take from her.

I want to take a moment to say you are awesome, and I am glad to have you around Kyoshi Wolf.

Give it another 10 more years and people will be saying similar stupid things about Discord's design in My Little Pony. Creators of TV shows and comics are walking on eggshells not to upset somebody, hardly what I call a democracy.

Oh well, I will be dead someday and out of my misery. Then I won't have to put up with people's wilful ignorance any longer. I go cross eyed sometimes as well, but I still like the character design of DH from My Little Pony Friendship is Magic due to the fact she is portrayed as cute and wants to have fun. I'm not angry at her design, I am fed up of sharing a planet with people with ludicrous opinions. "Lazy Fan" is a much worse name by the way, as it implies she is choosing not to participate in work, a negative stereotype about disabled people. Apparently people did not think that one through.
