    my parents found out before I even considered myself a brony. I found derpy and did some research as to what she was supposed to be. I had assumed she was a fan character, but when I found out she was actually in the show, I went to my mom and was all "hey mom, look at this pony that's in the new my little pony. I'm gonna watch the show to see if I can find her :U". her reaction was basically confusion as to why a cross-eyed pony would be in the show.

    the fans that bother me are the ones who try to talk about ponies when we were talking about something pony-unrelated. when I'm chatting with someone one-on-one on skype, and we're having a great conversation about whatever, I don't want to suddenly switch to a forced conversation about ponies. if there's a new episode out or there's some sort of other cool new thing, that's fine, I'll discuss it, but I'm really not that interested in exchanging old, over-used references back and forth :l

    making things always calms me down. crafts, drawing, baking, anything like that where it takes work, but I get something out of it at the end. but on the flip side of that, if you interrupt me while I'm making stuff (which happens more often than not ), I get super pissy and I'm not fun to be around. when that happens, I go eat all the chocolate and drink all the milk I can find in the house. hurr, why am I not fat yet? :l

    um, pretty much everything I listen to? I don't listen to any specific artists or bands, I just pick up music wherever I find it. sometimes it's in a video I like or a commercial that I see on tv. most of the time I find my music by exploring the area of youtube where nobody has more than 500 views. as a result, I find myself listening to a lot of really obscure music. even the more popular stuff I listen to, most people haven't heard of. on top of that, nobody ever seems to like any of my music anyways :'c (which might explain why those videos have less than 500 views...)

    ah, this is the roller coaster I went on a bunch of times :^D I loved it so much. plus I had no wait at all every time I went because I was always in the single rider line. I especially love it because it straps your ankles in. I get a bit more freaked out when my legs are dangling on roller coasters x: at least for the first bit. after a while I don't notice. it's strange that I get more freaked out on small rides that don't have many safety restrains (because they don't need them), than a huge roller coaster with lots of safety restraints. as long as I'm strapped in, I'm fine :l

    oh ha, a separate section for non-pony art stuff :^D lookit that. I guess this means I need to make two art topics for myself. I don't make nearly as much non-pony art as I do pony art. I'm not entirely proud of that though :l it's a habit I'm trying to break. but whateveskies, have some art :^D and also an animation I made recently :^D blrr, I know there's a video tag, but animation can be considered visual art, can't it? :l you look at it with your eyes, don't you? it's probably best to keep all my stuff in one topic anyways

    ah, I haven't really been on a lot of roller coasters, but the ones I have been on, I loved. my first roller coasters were at mall of America, but those aren't really anything. years later I took my first trip to Disney World and I rode every roller coaster there, but I hear those are tiny too. just two weeks ago I went back for my second trip to Disney World and my first trip to Sea World. I went on the Sea World roller coasters a bunch of times and loved every second I was on them, but I hear those ALSO aren't very big. one of my goals is to go on bigger and bigger roller coasters over time. I wish there were roller coasters where I lived. the only time we get them is when travelling amusement parks come around, but I don't really trust those. they're not very big either /: my whole family hates rides, so there's not much chance of me travelling anywhere for roller coasters until I'm old enough to afford it myself.

    I've moved twice the first time I moved to a house that was one street over from my old house. the only difference I noticed was the view and the large puddles of water that had a habit of forming in the basement after the snow melted in spring the second time I moved, I moved to an area that was about a half hour away from where I used to live. there's a lot more dogs, bunnies and old people than there were in my last neighbourhood, and a lot less cats and kids of my age group.

    pretty much everything that was popular then, is still popular now, and isn't animated. although, I don't wonder why I didn't like those things, I know that I didn't like them because they weren't animated.

    eeeh, merged topic? D: this six pager is a lot scarier to reply to than that one post topic. ah well, I typed up a reply anyways, might as well post it XD hm hm, I would actually imagine AJ to be first. she has a big, seemingly close, family that has raised many children, and adding more members doesn't seem like it'd cause any issues. I imagine it'd be encouraged. plus AJ seems level headed enough that she could probably find a guy that suits her XD I dunno Fluttershy would be my second choice, but she seems like she'd have trouble finding someone for a while because of her shyness. Rainbow Dash is too focused on her stunts for the most part, and I don't see her being interested in that sort of thing anyways while I think Rarity might get married first, I doubt she'd be first to become a mother. having children would get in the way of her career goals Twilight would be the same as Rainbow Dash, but replace stunts with studies while Pinkie seems like she would want kids, I can't see her being the first to have them XD

    1: an Animal Crossing village I only need to work for half an hour, after that I'm free to do whatever I want for the rest of my life 2: the pokemon universe because pokemon and that's pretty much it for me. there aren't really a lot of places I'd like to visit. not even the FiM universe really speaks to me /: well there probably ARE other places, I just can't think of any off the top of my head.

    *bows* *bows* thanks muchly, as always :3 Imma add it to my non-pony art topic when I get around to making it. that will either be when my non-pony art includes more non-animal crossing art, or when I'm less lazy and making less excuses ;P

    all my usernames in the past have been really dumb. ShyGirlBlushing, CinnamonWithATwist, TheBlueprintForLife, ThisNameIsntTakenYet. but none of those usernames were for forums. I was joining my first forum, and the people there seemed really nice, so I wanted something that was more name-y. something that people could shorten or lengthen to make nicknames easily. my real name is Angela, so Angie is the first half. I like cake and I have usually have dumb usernames, so I threw cakes on the end. I became pretty well-known on that forum and I made many friends, so now the name Angie Cakes has stuck, and I plan to use it wherever it's available.

    most of my time on youtube is spent answering questions about Anime Studio that people ask me, but my favourite thing to do is upload videos.

    hm hm, I didn't grow up with pokemon because I wasn't allowed to watch or play it when I was little, so I don't have nostalgia glasses clouding my opinions. I think for me, my favourite to least favourite list goes G3, G5, G2, G1, G4 based on the looks of the pokemon alone. all the generations have pokemon that I love and pokemon that I hate though, so my opinions aren't super strong one way or the other.

    ah, it's not the niceness of the people that worries me, it's the sudden switch from being a top member on one forum, to a newbie on another. gotta keep myself in check, I'm not as big a deal as I used to be XD although, that being said, I've gotten more attention here after one hour of posting art stuffs than I ever got over there

    thankies, thankies :3 OC drawings are what I like to do the most XD it's just the line art and shading and drawing lots of details that takes a lot of work that I'm not always up for. you should be seeing lots of OC art from me in the future :3 also, I can't take credit for all the designs, as most of these ponies are the ponysonas of friends of mine on my last forum (although, I was the one to design a lot of these people's ponysonas, sooz XD)

    ah, new member makin' topics. scary stuff goin' down :l hurr, this place moves a lot faster than expected. I had plans to have every topic marked as read before I started posting, but five pages of new content over night (even with the forum filter blocking the sections I don't care about) is much too much for me x_x instead, what I'll do is start up an art topic and hide away in here until I figure out how this forum is socially structured so I don't go around saying dumb things :^D because that in itself wasn't a dumb thing to say at all so without further ado, here is some Angie art :^D here's three of my bigger projects. I don't make stuff like this too often, but when I do, I... make stuff like this :l I dunno where I was going with that. whateveskies here's some vector stuff. this is more my usual style I've also got a lot of older stuff, but I'm not gonna post that because it's old XP if you really want to see them, my Deviantart is TheBlueprintForLife.

    ah, I hope to stay active as well :3 I've already started my attempt to read, or at least skim over every single non-RP topic (always make sure to do that on any forum I join that has less than 100 000 users) you can't use your powers in public, they'll know you're an angel D:
