  1. @ @Cocodrillo The one and only. The sole incision in my isolation. The maintainer of madness. All of these titles have been justly acquired.
  2. Me and my palpitant pony. Never before has society seen such an enthusiastic duo. Surely such sensibilities are scarcely spawned.
  3. Somewhere in the midst of this drawing, I managed to transcend age and sanity. I apologize for any nightmares I may have inspired.
  4. I decided to give it a go. A quick rendition, as I have only a mouse at the moment. Such a decorous mane demands to be drawn, and I would not withhold its want.
  5. Actually, png is a raster format, as it is based on pixels, much like a jpg. A vector is based on mathematical expressions, meaning it can be scaled without losing quality. Bitmap formats, such as png, are resolution dependent. Some popular raster formats: • bmp • gif • jpg • png Some popular vector formats: • eps • pdf • svg • ai
  6. Why do you have 'stand left' and 'stand right' repeated four times on different frames? On top of that, there is no reason to have an individual left and right frame. You can simply flip the movieclip when needed by using the xscale property. Also, what is going on here. You have the same if statements twice, meaning only the latter frame will be used in either of these circumstances. Updated example with a bit of animation added: http://www.swfcabin.com/open/1363808642 There are only three frames in this sample. Example code
  7. If I understand what you're saying, you would like to accomplish something like this? (Quick example I made) http://www.swfcabin.com/open/1363350906 It would be easier to help if you supplied some code.
  8. I love how charmingly stylized the skates are, and the amount of motion you've managed to convey is commendable. Your work never disappoints. c:
  9. And as the clock struck twelve, she found herself unchanged by the passing of such centuries, though it was inevitable that such stillness soon would wither.
  10. What a reliable-looking fellow; a charmer, I'm sure. A thousand thanks, Miss Coco, for your unending stream of sunny sensibilities.
  11. What year is it good sirs? Allow me to elucidate. It seems I am recovering from an extended period of inactivity, but do not excite; melancholy that way lies. Such a blend of Carroll and Poe boggles the mind. And the pony bust of Pallas is too much; reprieve proves my heart's one recourse. An image for your indulgence.
  12. And from the depths of disquietude, it rose, but its presence proved petty, and its future, though fraught with fortune, was set by stories unsealed.

  13. I am well acquainted with Salad Fingers, as I am an avid member of the Newgrounds community. It is a decent enough series, but I am much more fond of David Firth's Drillbithead. : P
  14. This is phenomenal. A scene so serene, I can't help but gleam. And I'm sure you will agree, to so tepidly take tea, Offers allusions to that of a dream.
  15. Lost at sea for days now. I have no crew and no navigational instruments, no provisions except a half-eaten corn dog, and unless I find water soon, I'm surely done for.
  16. Never thought this thread would see the light of day again. :X Pardon my absence of answer. My attention has been previously engaged for quite a while. That is quite the trying question. To summarize the entirety of one's inspiration is no doubt an impossible task, but I'll try to list at least some pronounced sources. Below is a list of some of people who inspire me, whether it be in the form of aesthetics, world-crafting, music, or simply madness: Edgar A. Poe Lewis Carroll Lawrence Yang Edward Gorey Emilie Autumn Crab Scrambly Aurelio Voltaire Roman Dirge Amanda Palmer Jhonen Vasquez Danny Elfman Tim Burton I have viewed the work of hundreds of different artists, and every time I find a piece I particularly enjoy, I study it and try to incorporate some of the intricacies into my own style.
  17. If you'll pardon my asking, I am most curious to know what characterizes a nail as agreeable. c:
  18. Now I'm speaking alien I ♥ your ambition in attempting this sentence; it puts a ☺ on my face.
  19. I'm running out of images to obscure.
  20. You flatter me with words unfit, for I know of no such savvy. Still, I savor your sensibility, and am pleased you delight in my demeanor.
  21. In the attempt to procure a name befitting of both your character and the MLP universe, I forged the following: Sixth Sense Double Vision Second Sight Sophic Vibes
  22. If it bothers you, then you should bring the color back in an editing tool. It's an extremely uninvolved process.
  23. Are you acquainted with any computer languages?
  24. How charming, and the effort you've applied is commendable. I salute your subsistence and offer you a muffin. Let us partake in merry-making until the sun subsides. And what luck. Just three days ago, I made an image using the same technique (mouse, Paint, spray tool). For those so inclined, I've included the image below.
  25. I happen to have some panda ears myself.
