What happened to Tirek upon his return to Tartarus?

Well  in popular fanon Discord is Cerberus's master. and after what Tirek did to Discord, being a three-headed hellhound's chew toy is getting off EASY imho.

G1 isn't canon to G4, he died in G1. And Discord tried 3 times(before the princesses, modern times, and with Tirek)

The fact that Twilight has no clue what she is in EQG and that Tirek died in G1 tends to support this.

Actually in the G1 comics it is alluded to that Tirek was once a human before he became a Centaur. Basically the story goes that Back in G1 Tirek ruled the humans and a Unicorn called Queen Majesty ruled the ponies. Tirek fell in love with Majesty, Majesty didn't feel the same way, and in a fit of anger, Tirek kills Majesty. But not before Majesty places a curse on Tirek. So G1 Scorpan could still be Tirek's brother!

Except that G4 Scorpan was clearly still in his gargoyle form. Since the Rainbow of Darkness was destroyed, I doubt Tirek can transform him. Also, why would Scorpan help Tirek a second time?

Family loyalty? Maybe the humans were being pushed out of Ponyland/Equestria and Tirek persuaded Scorpan to rejoin him to reclaim the land for humanity? But the whole story I described above is canon. In fact, my mom has a copy of the comic! It's actually reminds me of the current G4 comic story arc. The one you don't like!

I don't think Cerberus did anything to Tirek upon his return. I don't know anything about the actual mythology behind Cerberus or his nature, but in the context of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic I would guess that he was neutral, neither good nor bad. He probably doesn't care about Tirek, or Celestia, or anyone. He just does what he is there to do: guard Tartarus. I think he'd just continue to stand guard after Tirek's return.
 
Additionally, just based on the very minimal look the show has given thus far into Tartarus, I am skeptical that Tirek would encounter anyone or anything else. Prisoners seem to be confined in their own mountain of sorts, completely cut off and separated from everyone else. This mirrors the self-destructive nature of evil: committing evil will ultimately cut you off from others. Harming others will make them keep their distance, and ultimately you eject yourself not simply from society, but from relationships with others in general. 
 
Tirek chose to disregard the safety, life, and well-being of everyone other than himself. All he cared about was getting as much power as he could without regard to who or what he harmed. Now, Tirek is powerless and locked in a cage in Tartarus on his own mountain, completely separated and cut off from everyone else. In essence, his physical circumstance mirrors his spiritual nature.
 
It is not simply a punishment, but a punishment that has the possibility to result in introspection and subsequent growth over a long period of time due to the manner of its congruence.

They have TV in Tartarus but unfortunately for Tirek it only shows G3 episodes of MLP
