I honestly wouldn't mind getting into rap a little bit, I just have no idea where to start, or how to find rap I would like :/

here's a chart of stuff that I like that could help you get into the genre. It encompasses a couple hip-hop "niches". If you actually listen to any of it, cool.

Miseration is awesome! I found out about them simply because I stalk Chris Alvestam! I've never really paid too much attention to The Mirroring Shadow, but it's good. I just love the other two albums a bit more. You should check their 2012 album out, it's all ominous and stuff.

 

 

And yeah, Sweden has a ton of good bands.

Anyone heard of A band called "Pray for Locust" They kick ASS!

The entire SWARM album is pretty fucking good but this is what I could find on youtube.

I've found a lot of post-metal I enjoy a lot, Russian Circles in particular. For being an instrumental project, they certainly have a lot of soul in their sound. Not mo-town soul, but rather a strangely emotional mystique.

Okay you are the first person I've known who knows Russian Circles other than me

I listened to Station it was such an awesome album I loved it
