Considering how large Bronycon is going to be, I think it would be very unlikely that you're the only 14 year olds there. In fact, there might be kids younger than you there with their parents possibly. Just be yourself and you'll blend in fine there.

We're all bronies, we all love and tolerate, just remember that

your gunna be with alot of other peaple, so your age won't be so much of a concern becuse no one will be going around asking for their age, and then do things to them for being too old or not old enough..........Just relax, and enjoy yourself and don't think of your age

I'd love to give some kind of advice to you, but unfortunately I don't know 2 squats about social events.

Hmm... maybe you should treat it like school, except conversing with others is encouraged, not everyone is an a**hole, and you actually like being there.

I've heard there were going to be several 14 year olds there (that I know of) just from my forum perusing. I my self am going, but due to my will to remain anonymous between online and offline until the con after june, I choose not to say my age.

If you think you can handle yourself then go, I'm sure everyone at bronycon is going to be pretty chill. B)

HOE BOY i certainly WOULD feel awkward f i could say i was going. :(

I WISH I WAS GOING. But i'm not going to pay money to get a ticket to go to it from the other side of the continent. I just don't have that kind of money. I'm 14 too so i can't really afford it.

Ok, thanks guys. I actually feel safer/better now. Be on the lookout for the kid in the rainbow dash t-shirt with or without a really ugly blond kid, thatd be me!

>mfw there are dozens of kids with rainbow dash t--shirts

I'm your age and would love to go, but >can't afford it >parents wouldn't let me go anyway >etc >etc

Oh well. Have fun! :D

Im 14 myself, and I think it wouldn't feel comfortable at first, but I think you'll get used to it once you see what kind of people there are. Alot of guys are probably there all the time.

I feel similar controversy about going to BronyCon too. Not only do I feel weird because of my age comparison(sort of a veteran-rookie brony thing), but I feel as if I didn't contribute enough to go. It is just this psychological expectation for me to go. Don't worry! Even if you don't manage to go, you will some day, just when you get older... DON'T FORGET TO BUY THE SHIRTS, I felt horrible when I missed a chance to buy one.

Great adventuring for great treasures!....Except when I'm hurt...
