My cousin suggested something when I showed it to him and explained what it was for. If you want, it can be upgraded by adding a few more gems into the pointed loops later on to give it more magical properties.

 

I forgot to mention, if you want to copy and save this image, I'm fine with you using it however you want in the future, just make sure that you give me the credit for it. If you ever ask someone to draw your oc, you can send this picture if you want them to draw the necklace on her. I just felt like it needed to be said, just in case. Who knows, maybe you want someone to make this necklace someday and they might say no if you don't have permission to use the design. I tend to overthink things, but I will never consider that a flaw.

I have no issues with this at all, except... Well, it sorta messes up the timeline. If he saw the lasershow, that means he started to wander at night towards the castle, but you already established the time as being after the sun was up earlier in your posts far as I recall. It's a minor fix of course, but we'll have to remedy this to be either at night, or have Frosty be lost for at least 4 hours. I'm not fuzzed about either really, but we'll need to catch this to make things fit in one way or another.

 

And Midnight? Minor thing, but you went from third person to first person pretty rapidly in your next to last post. Just wanted to ask you to keep things consistent, so if you go first person now, to keep it like that, or switch only when a new post is made. Switching between them in the same post gets a little wonky.

We could just have something else happen in the morning with lights in the forest. That way, the timeline isn't messed up at all. It would be a simple fix. I think maybe I'll make it be during the planting of the Everwood seeds.

You got a point here. We'd have to drag things out a bit in the forest to make it fit to whenever the rest goes over into the next day, but there should be enough for them to do out there if we think on it to make it fit, and we'll see what the thing with the light were later on then.

I've got new ideas now to help with the timing. We don't have any Pegasi in the group, so I think I have a way to make her needed (using a pre-established detail), and explain the lights. It may be a little tricky getting the timelines lined up, but we might be able to do it.

It is kind of important that it rain at some point during the night. I did leave that detail up to you two in case it affected your part of the story. I'm just not sure wether or not you forgot about that.

I've been following the castle plot, (well, at least trying to,) and I don't think it's a good idea to join a group of serious rp'ing people if I have no idea what it's about, and I don't think I'm nearly experienced enough to even try to contribute.

The group moved into the war room from the safe room. The group with Luna showed up at the war room. Serenade is having trouble controlling her siren nature. Luna purchased one of the logs from Seamore at double the value to ensure the group's secrecy. Also, Shaman backed into the safe room and closed the door.

I will probably be separating Seamore from the rest of the group for the morning events, but he will have to meet up with each of them again to deliver their payment for helping with the Diamond Spider. If anyone wanted to stay with him, they will have to wake up when he does. I will be jumping forward with Seamore's timeline while the others have their adventures in the castle. Part of my plan involves him having a couple conversations in the Realm of Dreams first.

Can't say if I'll have anypony wake up with him, but I can assure you that I will have somepony meet him in the early hours. I can play it off for a bit though if others want their interactions going first. And looking forward to meeting him in the dreaming world for a spell. ^^

 

And for the record: I am surprised this is your first RP. You seem to have the experience of a well worn DM, just with less traps currently (well, for Now anyway) and you have good control over things whilst still keeping a loose grasp on the whole concept. Heck, this whole event you started up since joining? Longest running plot in this thread, and the one with the most cluster of characters.

I see two options for Shaman: talk this out, or try to escape. If he tries to escape, please keep his actions simple, I've already got a plan for the false triggers and the real trigger, but Shaman will have to find them, there are two false triggers and one true trigger. Use what has already been stated to be in the saferoom in your search if he does.

 

P.S. Please use words like "attempts," or "tries to" to make sure you don't end up doing something impossible.

P.P.S. If you don't like the idea of this trap, just let me know and I'll tell you all of the triggers.

No diea at all, but you don't need to wait per se really. You can move3 along, pretending that he was quiet and you assume he is following you. He seems to have some issues talking to ponies according to his story so far, so is a viable theory, and it will allow you two to be able to move along with things, whilst giving Barrel the opening to join in again if he returns soon. Just don't make references to how he follows you, but you think he does, and it'll work no matter what holds up things.

I'm sorry, this may be considered God-Modding, but it is the thing I think Princess Luna would be most likely to do. For continuity, if the attack is called off, the spell will be dropped immediately, which can be written into one of your posts so you don't all have to wait for me to post that the spell is dropped.

 

Edit: Also, if someone wants to just break the spell, that is also possible.
