If you could travel back to any moment in your life what event would you choose?

This sorta popped into my head when I was watching something and it mentioned time travel. The event can be anything, from your birth to the present. A mistake you made, or a happy memory, or even something you can't even determine was a memory.

 

Where I would go, back when I was just a kid. I think I remember taking a best friend oath with my old best friend ( I moved away : ( ). We were only little kids but It kinda means a lot to me. I mean, it literally saved my life, but that's not a memory I would want to discuss or revisit. I want to see this to see if it was a memory or not. It may have been a dream, or even a fake memory my brain created in a last effort to protect myself (don't ask.). So that's what I would do. Where would you go. or what event would you choose?

I often feel like I completely wasted my 4 years in high school. I'd probably go back then and actually make something off it, start developing my art skills sooner.

I would revisit a time early on, a time that not even I can remember. Like when I was a baby or something. However I would not change anything since I've seen some anime like Steins;Gate and I know exactly where that leads.

From 5 years to 17 years old.

 

I've made plenty of stupid mistakes that were unforgiveable. I wish I could change it.

I'd also change my eating habits. Now, I eat way too much junk food. But I eat healthy also. I love salads and stuff. I'd also change my past to where I would've listened to my dad more. Even now I have a hard time hearing sometimes. It's a pain.

 

But in all seriousness. I was serious when I said I'd change my entire life. A basic restart.

I'd give anything to go back to sometime in high school. Preferably 2004 - 2006. it was shortly after that, that things changed and my life kind of flipped upside down. I did not appreciate my life and what I had during said years quite enough. I started and was the center of so much drama during that time. If I could go back, I could be... happy, and feel alive again... Actually live those years... and perhaps properly prepare for the future instead of becoming frozen in fear and destroying any hope for the future.

So, here's the deal. Go to university. Yeah, no, not astronomy like you're thinking. Computer science. Learn to write programs. Learn to write programs that work over the internet. What? Oh yeah. Learn about that, too. You're a couple years away from the World Wide Web, but trust me, that's gonna be awesome. Learn about it all. Learn about writing programs for everything, even things that aren't computers. Then, you can do something, you can work for yourself or for a company, and you can, if you write something awesome, make a metric crapton of money. Trust me. Do this.

 

Oh yeah. And that girl in art class? Ask her out. Really.

While I do, in fact, have a moment in mind, I don't know that I would go and change it. Despite any downfalls in my life, they are part of who I am now, and one as major as the one I have in mind could alter the very core of my personality as it is now. Sure, when it occasionally comes to mind, it saddens me, depresses me even, but still. I like who I am.

 

If it were just to relive an event, I'd go back to the Dethklok concert back in... I think it was 2008? That was a great time. Brother got 2 cracked ribs, broke every toe on his right foot, busted up his face a bit. I only got a few scrapes and fractures. Our buddy got a concussion, actually blacked out while standing more than once. Good times.

Im pretty fine with this time acctually. But if i really had to go back in time to do something, i would go back and slap myself for all the obvious and incredibly stupid mistakes and decisions i made.

I would not go so long back, actually just this summer. I was with a metal concert with my friends and I was high above the clouds. (No, I was not doing drugs,silly ). It´s was just so fun and amazing and my friends where having a great time aswell. If I could I would revisit that memory many times. I get kinda of the same felling as watching MLP,That´s everything is just great and there´s nothing that can turn me down.
