Blender 2.7a (modeling, skinning, rigging)
Vray standalone 2.0 (for rendering)
Photoshop CS3 (for texturing and compositing/postprocessing)

I will realase the models and blend file soon.

This looks very nice. From what I can examine, I assume that this is a modified version of the typical SFM pony model. If it isn't, then I'm even more impressed that you made a 3D model from scratch.

 

The effects of the final picture look pleasant. I especially love the detail of the sky. Seeing this makes me want to make my own pony models!

Beautiful. You don't see enough 3D art like this, it really gives a different perspective to the ponies. Against that moon effect makes Fluttershy look like a real scion of the night.

It was created from scratch. The sfm's model are diffrerent. I'm 3d artis for so long and i don't need other person's assets.

I'm amazed by the fact that this model doesn't look like the other generic 3D models of the other ponies. Amazing job Temporal!

 

It would be awesome if you could open up a shop for making 3D models of our OCs, etc.
