Pretty much my reaction to this whole thread.  But I'm certainly not offended.

It's something from a Markiplier video namely the forest co-op when he plays with irish youtuber Jacksepticeye. Markiplier asks him where the threshold is on irish racism to offend an Irish man, to which Jack responds "You can't really offend an irish man." which prompts Mark to edit in irish folk music with guiness and 4 leaf clovers flying all over the place with a pot of gold in the middle whilst 2 leprechauns dance around it with Jacks face photoshopped onto them whilst the words "Not offensive" flash and irish music play.
