Now here's something interesting. Christopher Daniels commenting on the whole backyard wrestling craze of the early 2000s.

Something I never thought I would see, "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels with hair!

Yesterday, I got the WWE Network installed for Christmas. So far, I'm enjoying the old Coliseum Video releases. I just wish that they would add more of the Old WWF Superstars, Wrestling Challenge and Primetime Wrestling episodes. But so far, I love it. :D

I stumbled on the AEW women's championship match -- that was really good. Nice to hear Jim Ross calling matches again too. I had no idea this existed!!

AEW (On TNT) has only been around for a couple of months. I think the company itself has been around for at least a couple of years.

I'm majorly out of the loop when it comes to pro wrestling

I'm only in the loop between August-October because that's usually when most of the information about the latest WWE video games is released.

AEW has only been around for a year, and they've only been doing shows since last May. They're TV deal started back in October. So there's plenty of time to still get invested. They've been putting on a consistent show.

And it's a good time to get back in the loop. There is a lot of good wrestling on with AEW, NWA, Impact, ROH, MLW, OTT, Defy, Beyond, NJPW, AAA and many others.

Heck, the biggest wrestling show of the year, WrestleKingdom 14 will be going on from the 4th to the 6th.

Seems like the 2k20 in WWE 2k20 wasn't the game's tittle.

It was the expiration date.

I can tell you from experience that this is true. :BornAgainBrony:

Teleporting & freezing I can deal with but WWE2K20 crashing because

of the console's internal clock is the most ridiculous glitch that I have EVER encountered.

Yesterday, Jushin "Thunder" Liger, arguably the biggest influence on modern wrestling, bid his farewell after 31 years, alongside his rival Sano and his mentor Fujiwara.

That ending was the closest I've ever come to tearing up during a match.

If that's the official conclusion to Jushin Thunder Liger's career, I think it's time to induct him into the WWE Hall of Fame. He did have a few matches here in the US. Including his famous matches against Brian Pillman in WCW.

Who would even induct him? Fujinami, the man who inspired Liger to wrestle? Maybe Danielson, one of his famous opponents and whose style was clearly influenced by Liger? Maybe Regal, the guy who managed to snag him for Takeover: Brooklyn?

Last night was probably one of the few retirement ceremonies that could out do what Ric Flair got back in '08.

Arigato, Liger-sama.

Always the showman, Jushin Liger performs a flipping senton from the outside of the ring onto a group of fans. :orly:
