Beauty and the Beast was a pretty damn good film. It had just about anything you would like in a Disney film: an interesting story, memorable songs, good characters, and a really good villain.

It is sad; no doubt. Kida is a total badass and quite beautiful, but it is what it is. Atlantis bombed at the theaters.

 

And yeah; I actually ADORE Sleeping Beauty. I don't find it a snore-fest at all. ^^

If we talk about the classic Disney princess movies, that where made between 1930 and 1950, i would also say Sleeping Beauty.

 

It has everything you want from a classic fairy tale.

tbh I actually never enjoyed the Princess movies until Tangled and Frozen(never saw Princess and the Frog). So I guess my vote goes to one of those 2

Does Little Mermaid count? That one I'm most familiar with and can relate to Ariel more than other Disney princesses and I like the water theme to it. Canterlot Wedding ripped off parts of Little Mermaid by the way. Little Mermaid II wasn't very good but the ending was better than I expected.

It has a Disney princess in it after all, so yes!

 

My favorite Disney Princess movie is Tangled. I just love Rapunzel's spunky and crazy personality; she is like me in a way. Oh, and who doesn't love the comedic Flynn Rider and the adorable Pascal?

In my humble opinion: Tangled. The only Disney movie to make me laugh and enjoy the developed story and characters immensely, plus it as my favourite Disney princess of all and animal sidekicks... not the horse; I'm talking about the awesome Pascal.

Wow. So many responses for Tangled. Here I didn't even know it joined the ranks of "Princess movies"!

Well, anyway I'd have to say Aladdin. Simply because it's one of those great childhood memories. And heck, who doesn't love that awesome genie played by Robin Williams! Yeah, great memories, great songs, great story.

I'm not too keen on a lot of the more modern princess movies, but I guess that just comes with growing up I suppose.  Ah well. Long live the Disney legacy!
