anyone can recall seeing the Mane 6 breakdown and cry their eyes out? Rather aside from Pinkie, Fluttershy, and Rarity, does anyone seem to remember an episode involving Twilight, Applejack or Rainbow Dash?

Twilight didn't exactly "break down" but she had a moment staring into Sombra's door in the Crystal Empire. The other two have had moments where they were on the edge, but they've never cried, to my knowledge.

Twilight had a mental breakdown and was crying hard enough to have a pool of tears beneath her in Season 2, Episode 3 "Lesson Zero".... Then she started talking to her reflection

Rainbow Dash was CLOSE to crying when she had her wing pinned in May the Best Pet Win.

And Applejack started tearing up in Magical Mystery Cure when she was failing at Rarity's talent.

 

But they haven't completely burst into unrestrained tears as of yet.

• Sombra's Door
• Being scolded by AJ

Applejack cried in Apple Family Reunion and Magical Mystery Cure:

• After messing up the barn
• When she was failing at Rarity's talent

Rainbow Dash in May the Best Pet Win:

• When her wing gets stuck

Everyone is forgetting when Applejack cried in The Super Cider Squeezy 6000 after she lost the farm.

 

Also, I think it sounded like RD was about to cry at the end of this scene:
