Recently I came to seeing a some reality here where a fair amount of bronies apparently don't know who's Jelly Otter...  I get that not all had their childhoods in the 90s, as well as not all had Playhouse Disney, or not all lived in countries where the show was broadcasted, or not all were at the right channel in the right moment to see it, or don't remember one such instance if it really happened back then.  I might forgive people for being lazy to google the answer if only to satisfy their curiosity, but some apparently can't even draw a connection between a part of my username & the profile pic, which is quite confusing if you ask me.

In my opinion, it's not worth getting upset over; honestly, if people don't know, they don't know. I understand it can be frustrating if your favorite character is rather unpopular in this day and age, but I personally believe it'll be healthier if you don't let it get to you.

I remember that show when I was younger but it wasn't one of my favs. I was more into Blue's Clues, Thomas, and Winnie the Pooh because those shows were more important in my childhood. But that's your favorite childhood show.

Ha!  I too loved New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh & Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends...  though it was before the PB&J Otter era.

PB&J Otters is a cartoon I grew up with, so as a result I too recognised your avatar. But honestly, it's not something to get upset about. Considering how obscure of a show PB&J Otters was, you shouldn't put too much pressure on anybody who doesn't know it. I know how it feels to not have your favourite character be more well-known too. Still, I won't stop you from liking the show or anything.

I'm very much glad for you & that we're on the same page (apparently), but the thing here isn't really me getting upset about people not knowing Jelly or them trying to prohibit me from loving her or anything of that. I am aware of the obscurity of the show & I'll be glad to help all confused people, who go nuts every time they suddenly see my profile pic &/or username instead of a typical MLP-related stuff.

Yeah, I vaguely recognized the name and avatar. I remember watching it but those are some ooooold memories considering I was 3 when it stopped airing new episodes.

I remember PB&J Otter - used to watch it on the Disney channel when my sister was little I don't remember too much about it now, but it was a cute show! Seeing your username was a blast from the past  

 

but yeah, I wouldn't worry too much if people don't recognise the character - there are a ton of users on here with avatars of characters I have no idea who they are As long as nobody's bullying you or anything about it, and maybe if you get THAT many people asking who she is you can put it in your profile or something
