Uncle Iroh from Avatar the Last Airbender definitely comes to mind as shown throughout the series and his relationship with Zuko that he gives some pretty darn good moral guidance and is quite the philosopher to be honest.

I would also seek guidance from Tenzin from the Legend of Korra as he did he really great job on the show as Korra's spiritual mentor and guidance and is one of my favorite characters from Korra.

Besides that I think that Princess Celestia would be a great option as she is someone who is compassionate and empathetic.

Rose Quartz from Steven Universe. She's kind and sees the love in everybody, no matter who you are. She's highly respected in the show, forgiving, has a soothing voice, is rather welcoming, and is overall a good person to go to for any kind of advice, not just moral guidance. I'd love to be more like her.

Wow, where to begin?

* Almost anyone from Star Trek. Their society is really great, and whatever I can do to approach that is usually a good idea. The deep thinkers especially, like Data, Spock, and Picard. I also admire Dax's philosophy, if anyone still watches DS9.

* Princess Celestia, since she's managed to create a near-utopia in a world filled with mythical monsters, and engender peace and harmony among three quite different races of pony.

* Derpy, mostly because I imagine she'd have a very unconventional approach to life. As such, even if we disagreed, it'd be enlightening to consider why.
