what do you think about luna?

Considering she's best pony, she's pretty awesome. I mean, mane of constellations, power to control the night, Royal Canterlot Voice, what's not to like? Even Nightmare Moon was cool. And because she hasn't been canonically expanded on much, she's really interesting and fun to use in fics.

I hear in some places in Equestria it's actually seaponies.

It's when the Sushi starts singing 'Shooby-Doo-a' that you know something's up.

As a person who considers Luna best princess, I think she is wonderful in terms of aesthetics and relatability (what it feels like being ignored etc.) However, I think her personality needs some work. She very rarely shows up in the show as it is, so I think that while she's making a cameo she should have an opportunity to develop as a character.

Luna's cool. Pretty overrated, but I certainly don't dislike her. Would like to see her more, but I'd love to see Celestia more too. More princesses pls.

I like her design and backstory, But her character... What character?

No but, She has not been developed enough yet for me to tell if I like her or not. She basicly comes in, Gives advice, And then shes out :I

I think shes cool for a few reasons

She was a villain, and not a king sombra villain, she was an active inconvenience to the group, she tested all the mane 6 and their elements

She is 20% (sorry  ), actually more like 200% more competent than celestia, celestia gambles way to much with important tasks, like nightmare moon herself, crystal heart, etc. She absoulutely would have beat celestia if she didn't have the elements.

She is just cool, the dream sequences, her general advice, and her subtle lessons to the CMC

Her design and how she awkwardly derped in Luna Eclipsed definitely won over me  . I don't like much how that aspect is flanderized in the comics though

She's a really fun and interesting character. She doesn't have much development, but I still like her a lot.

Luna is my favorite princess. Not only is she interesting and entertaining, but I really relate to her. I've grown up with a brother who my whole family adores to the point where they don't hesitate to talk about him so greatly, and then wonder why I'm not as good as him right in front of me. He is naturally gifted at everything he does, so to even compare with him I have to work twice as hard. It's not that I'm bad at things, it's just that what I am good at isn't thought of as important to my family. While I'm practicing for hours on the trombone for a performance (with a family who doesn't find music to be important or even requiring skill) everyone will tell me to stop so that I don't annoy them, but a moment later go on about how much my brother was able to bench press. Regardless of what I do it just can't compare with what he does. What I do is either not considered real music, or not the same quality of programming as the people of Apple. When I try to defend what I do, it only gets the response of, "Oh sure, if you say so." Something in the story of Luna being overlooked and outshines by her sister resonated with me.

Aside from all of that, I find Luna to be a well designed, dynamic, and interesting character who shows off the skill of the writers at Hasbro.
