technology Not so fast, Cortana!

Windows 10 came out recently and with it Internet Explorer 14. A new feature is an assistant named Cortana. I dont know if its the OS or my laptop, but Cortana does not work...at all. I click on the shortcut or application, and nothing happens. A lot of people are saying that Cortana doesnt work for them either, while others are saying 'you upgraded to ten without waiting for the bugs to be fixed? Baka.'. 

So is it really the bugs causing this or did Windows drop the ball? My money is on Windows dropping the ball cause Cortana is just a voice, not a blue lady.

Given that 10 just came out, I expected Cortana to be buggy as all hell. Then again, I had no interest in her anyways. I have real friends, I don't need my computer to have a personality so I can feel it is more "human" when I talk.
