general Long Nails or Short Nails?

Short! They’re less creepy than long nails (I don’t like long “witch” nails) and there’s the fact that long nails can accidentally injure you while short nails can’t.

I hateeee having long nails. I hate the feeling when they press up against something like your phone screen, or clank against a glass. Short nails might not look as good as long nails when I paint them but oh well.

My nails are short. I love painting them, but I will not wear them long. I just can't. I grab a clipper when they start getting long before I even think about it.

Short. I'm a guy so some people would think I'm weird if they saw me with long fingernails, and also having long nails is annoying when trying to use touch screens. And they break easier, which is also annoying.

it depends what you’re tying to build really. Regular length nails are fine for most DIY work or furniture making, but long nails are definitely better if you’re working with masonry.

I tend to keep my nails in a sort of middle ground between long and short. Basically just long enough to show off my nail polish more.
