What Was Your Best Halloween Costume?

Which Halloween costume out of all the ones you've donned would you consider your best? 

 

For me, it'd probably be Halloween of '09, when I went as The Crow.

That would probably be my costume of 2014, the last year I dressed up. (I intend to in the future... Can't stay away from free candy).

 

In 2014, on Halloween, I was invited to a party with a few friends of mine. I was accepted and went to the party, which is unlike me. Anyway, what I dressed up as was actually quite messed up.

 

I kind of based my costume on a mix of the Corpse Collector, Jack the Ripper, Slenderman, Freddy Krueger, and Death (Grim Reaper).

I had the Krueger Klaws (hand-made, with real blades. Don't worry, they were dulled), Death's Scythe (also hand-made and dulled), and Jack's blade(s) (also hand-made and dulled) (Corpse Collector and Slenderman don't really have weapons). I had the blank face of Slenderman, but the hood of Death that covered the face in shadows. The cloak and top hot of Jack. The striped sweater and black pants. And bits of the Bone Collectors bone armor (was really hard to make). I covered it all with fake blood (where am I gonna get real stuff? Well I guess I could've done pig's blood or cow's blood), and went to the party.

The way I describe it makes it sound like a jumbled mess of random bits and pieces from different horror characters, but it looked quite awesome.

Anyway, when I went to the party, almost everyone there was quite terrified. Except for the couple guys (and one girl) who walked up to me and asked who made the costume.

 

That party was fun... Need to make more costumes and go to more parties... Hopefully I can find parties where I'm not invited and scare the sh*t out of some people... I wonder if I could sell my services... Hmm...

 

 

 

One more thing to add:
The party I went to was supposed to be like a contest of who had the scariest costume. Not like some casual thing, where girls dress up as slutty animals and cops and such, and guys dress up in makeshift costumes from bedsheets and old clothing... It was a full on "Dress your Best" kind party.

Two years ago, i painted my face pitch-black and put on red, glowing "lenses" with no pupils. Then i put on a long, black robe and dark gloves. I won the two halloween custome contests our school had, and proceeded to get a ticket for an awesome show and a decent amount of money. Scaring people was fun, aswell.

When I was a kid a was dressed up as a alien. After Trick or Treating I walked by my neighbors house who was a cat lady and one of her cats was siting by the window. I looked at the cat and scared it then it ran away. After that the cat would not leave the closet in my neighbors bedroom. So yeah I traumatized a cat

When I was younger I wore the same blue wizard costume for like 6 years XD It wasn't even a good costume, I just didn't like any others and refused to get my face painted, lol

I cannot find any pictures of this because it apparently does not exist anymore, but for a while when I was younger, I had a huge obsession with ninjas, so for at least 3-4 years in a row, I wore a different ninja costume. The best one of these, was a blue tiger ninja, that came with a little rubber claw thing that you would put on one hand and the costume itself was an awesome black/blue color scheme. It was just really beast, I have fond memories of that year.

The year of the US government shutdown, my friends and I went as the three branches of the US government, but undead. I was the undead judicial  branch.

My best Halloween costume would have to be in 2011 when I dressed up as Naruto Uzumaki, from the anime Naruto.

When I was 11, I went as the Grim Reaper. Black hooded cloak covered in chains and the rib cage poking through. Skeleton gloves, a demonic looking skull mask, and a scythe I made from my grandfathers old sickle shined up and taped to a large staff sized stick painted shiny black (all the sythes in the stores were way too short). Suffice to say, all the younger kids were terrified of me, and would scoot off the sidewalk with fear in their eyes when I passed by. Dang, that was a good Halloween. Still got the scythe, too, though I never show it off much.
