My responsibilities entail planning out and adding new features to the site, managing and hiring other staff, maintaining the skin, keeping the servers running, and ensuring this place remains safe and fun for everyone, among countless other things (this is hardly an all-inclusive list). Honestly, though, please don't get the misconception that I'm a mighty deity whose sole desire is to ban everyone (it worries me how many people think that's what being a site owner is all about).
