Show-Off! A game of one upmanship

This is a game where the goal is simple: one-up the post above you. Basically, post something about you or someone you know that is just slightly more impressive than that of the post above you.

But be warned: if you post something that is too much better, I may call you a "Show-Off" and start this game back at the mundane.

The game is won when outlandish claims become a necessity to keep up, though the game can still continue for as long as nobody becomes a "Show-Off."

Edit: just fixed the wording of the original post for clarification. Also, I would have accepted "I can whistle better". The game is only starting out, after all. The rules can't be too strict until there are good enough examples of what you should do.

I can whistle a whole song.

 

I can sing.

 

I can sing well.

 

I can read.

 

I can spell.

 

I can write.

It's really that amazing to be good at video games? Once you memorize the controller you use, you know EXACTLY where the buttons are, and the most common mistake you'll make is using the buttons the wrong way.

I can explain how that is actually true. (If Waldo wasn't hiding, nobody would want "Where's Waldo" books, and you, being a potential customer would not end up paying for a chance to find him. The company that makes the books wants your money, therefore Waldo hides.)
