technology Editing speech bubbles

Can anypony tell how to edit speech bubbles in Photoshop CS6? I know how to add shape, but I need to know how to fully edit it (stuff like changing position and size of bubble's tail and size of balloon itself).

I would say that the easiest way to do this is use the Pen tool, 'P' is the command for that of course. With that, you can easily make the shapes individually and edit them with points. This is how I make my speech bubbles, like the ones on my profile.
