What would you say is the best meat. Chicken, Pork, Beef, Lamb, Fish etc.?

I'm fondest of poultry and fish, myself.  I had a bison burger once, though, and that was amazing.  Babe seems to most enjoy chicken nuggets (her "gateway meat") and bacon; though she also looks forward to the pork roast I prepare in our crock pot.

To remind you when I mean a type of meat I mean parts in general.

 

So if I mean beef I mean steak, ground beef, meatballs, beef jerky etc.

 

I like beef in general. Beef broth is meaty warm and has a strong unforgettable flavor. I like steak, I like any food recipe that goes with ground beef, beef jerky is a nice snack. There's also beef stew.

Fish for sure. And all kinds of seafood are better than anything that comes from land. Including fish, clams, shrimp, lobster, crabs, etc.

And sushi is particularly good by the way.  :comeatus:

 

Also escargot is quite good. They are basically land clams in terms of taste.

That's hard to choose, to be honest. I'm a big fish lover, but I also really like steaks, especially rare ones. I was also introduced to the food marvel that is goat, since last semester at my college, we had a goat roast.

This is such a difficult choice.

 

Turkey is, well, turkey. 

 

Pork has pulled pork and bacon.

 

Chicken has fried chicken, baked chicken, spicy chicken sandwiches.

 

Beef has steak and burgers, though I haven't been feeling burgers lately.

 

I am gonna go with.....Chicken. With Pork in a close second and Turkey in a close 3rd. Whew, the choice of the century has been made. XD.

Oh shoot I didn't even see buffalo up there nor did I think about it. Changing mine from pork to bison, bison burgers are amazing. Side Note: The two are close enough, I am going to assume the bison and not an actual buffalo from Africa or wherever else they may be.

I've recently gone vegetarian so I can't really comment on the best meat. I will say that chicken and fish were the best when I was a meat eater though. I miss oven baked chicken and fish & chips so much  !!!
