Some of it. I go out with friends to watch movies and play games as each others' places but it's not too frequent because I've always preferred being lazy and staying at home.

I have one best friend now and I hangout with him every once in a while since he lives an hour away. Just recently heard this girl really likes me at work so I'm hoping for the best there.

Yes. Every time I'm on Steam or here on MLPForums I'm talking to someone. Yeah yeah, it's not the face-to-face bullshit people think of when they think "social life" but that hardly matters. I probably talk more on a daily basis than most people who do the face-to-face thing.

 

I don't need to see someone's face to talk for hours with them. Not that I won't though.

I'm married and we both work from home, so I spend a ton of time with my husband. I see my best friend and her boyfriend about once a week. We also have friends from California come visit on about a monthly basis, so I'm a lot more socially active now than I was about two months ago.

When I get sent to a mental hospital or wherever they put dangerously insane people in, then I will have no social life whatsoever except mandatory psychiatrist meetings or stuff. I don't know.

I absolutely do. I have a circle of friends that I hang out with on a regular basis, and I'm always making new ones. I also have a girlfriend, and I'm planning on asking her to marry me.

Nope, not offline. At this point, I have only two offline friends, one of which I never seem to hear from. I can't drive and I live in a fairly small town, on top of that I have many social anxieties and other issues, so I don't have any kind of social life, except online. Even that is fairly limited. I have never had a good social life, even when it seemed like I had a decent amount of friends at school before. That quickly faded though.

This place is my social life..... no joke.  I find it very difficult to be around people unless I really know them very well. I can't stand crowds, which is anything more than one person to me. I even find it hard to out shopping to feed myself, and I haven't been on a night out for more than 6 years. All my friends are online friends and that is just the way I like it, though I do miss and grave for physical contact at times, but I have found I can life without it.

I'm the same way, as soon as I am out of my comfort zone.. and I'm not even comfortable around a few family members to be honest, my anxiety gets the better of me and I can't even make simple conversation.. I guess it doesn't help much that I have aspergers but I do wish sometimes that I could just feel at ease with people a lot of the time.

Well, my manager ended up costing me my job for being one to me too.. Along with a fair few employees just getting on my nerves. Office jobs kind of suck because they attract so many of these sorts of personalities.. But yeah, loosing that job has really destroyed my already low confidence.. Kinda sucks

problem is when HIS bosses are around he is all nice and humble but once there gone he is a jerk, and by jerk I mean a non PG-13 word I can't say LOL Lucky for me he is the bottom rung of management and all the managers above him seem to like me and are really nice. but after having him on my back all day and looking over my shoulder all day I'm done with people for the day.

I'm not a people person who likes to hang out anyway, I don't want to go clubbing and get drunk or go with the guys to the strip clubs to get drunk and herpes LOL I don't hang out or socialize past what I am required to do at work. I just want to make my money and go home.
