They might be only antagonists,but I'd like to see Lightning Dust,Wind Rider,and the Flim Flam Bros. return.

 

As for actual villains. Starlight Glimmer,Queen Chrysalis,and The Mane-iac. But,I'd much rather they make new villains,than rehash old ones.

I want them all to come back. And I want them to withdraw their cliche apologies and teach Twilight the lesson that not everypony wants to turn good or be friends. That's one convention of the show that needs tweaking.

I've seen talk about bringing Grogar back---I think he's the goat-headed one who kept the unicorns in G-1 from rematerializing and was beaten with a bell, but I'm not 100% sure.

 

What I'd personally like to see is Hydia, Reeka, and Draggle from G-1 make a comeback as arc villains for a season.  I don't quite mean like how Starlight was an arc villain, since she only made brief cameos during the season and only drove the plot in the first and final episodes of season 5; what I'm thinking is that those three witches should appear in more like 50-60% of the episodes in a season, and drive either the main plot or a subplot of each episode they're in.

 

Those three COULD be nasty when they put their minds to it, but they could also be very comedic, as well---that's why I think they'd be so fitting for G-4!
