Chuckles4lyfe 441 June 21, 2016 Share June 21, 2016 I love to exercise. It gets my mind sharp and makes me feel great! As corny as it sounds, Rainbow Dash really inspires me to be more active . As for my routine, I like to get up early and run ~3 miles everyday. It's a great way to get my body up and running. Some days i'll swim for an hour, or hit the weights in the gym. I also like to add in Yoga once a week. I love varying up my workouts. Anything to get the dream physique that i've always wanted .
Justin_Case001 4,873 June 21, 2016 Share June 21, 2016 Not everyday, but I try to swim several days a week. Fitness is important to me. I also find that I need regular exercise to able to sleep well and feel good overall. As corny as it sounds, Rainbow Dash really inspires me to be more active . Mister, if that's corny, then corn me up!

shy0wl 484 June 21, 2016 Share June 21, 2016 During the summer I bike all over the place. I usually do about 10-20 miles a day. During the winter I get really lazy and tired, and I don't really have time anyways because when I come home from school it's already starting to get dark (around 3ish). I'm going to start running today and see how I like that over biking
Guest June 21, 2016 Share June 21, 2016 Not really, since I'm so lazy and unmotivated. I do swim and bicycle during the summer though, if that counts as exercise. During the other seasons I don't exercise all that much but there are always the gym classes at school.

Me and you have things in common 3 miles a day is a pretty good mileage. I'm starting to run around 6 to 7 miles each day for my college workouts. Swim workout for an hour! Sounds tiring! I used to do triathlons when I was younger. Swimming was always the hardest form me
Vertigo_95 572 June 21, 2016 Share June 21, 2016 I fell off track ever since I graduated a few months ago, but I'm slowly getting back into it. Just got back home from a 8 mile bike ride. Gonna get 6 more miles come Friday.

Flutter's lover <3 8,205 June 25, 2016 Share June 25, 2016 I'm an avid cyclist, so that tends to be my exercise....Otherwise, I don't actively seek out exercise, like going to the gym or lifting weights..etc..
4HFan 476 June 25, 2016 Share June 25, 2016 I ride my bike all the time, every day. So I stay in pretty good shape.
Not_active 732 June 27, 2016 Share June 27, 2016 Yes, I lift weights 5-6 days a week. I have big goals I work towards, I'm really obsessed with it...I hope I can do it without taking steroids
Slendy 2,918 June 28, 2016 Share June 28, 2016 I don't work out at all. I used to get some exercise when I was younger in the form of basketball and football. I only did rugby in P.E at school. I enjoyed it and I didn't do too bad at it for my weight, though, considering I'm skinny as heck. Blame my extremely fast metabolism. Least it stops me getting fat, though, so that's a plus. VengefulStrudel 1,486 June 28, 2016 Share June 28, 2016 Yep, this is the first time I've exercised in about 4 years. I've started doing some daily leg/arm exercises recently, since I'm trying to lose some weight, and I take a walk everyday for about 30 minutes. It's definitely helped so far. Solid 1,327 July 19, 2016 Share July 19, 2016 While I train for many other reasons, health and getting in good shape are pretty good ones too, and since lately I have significantly more free time due to summer school being not as intense, I got plenty of time to train. My daily training routine is mainly divided into four categories Endurance and Resilience: Physical fitness through running, push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, etc Strength and Burst: Traditional weightlifting with freeweights and machines Skill and Speed: Martial Arts - mentorship with a 2nd gen Jeet Kune Do Sifu plus out of class conditioning Mind and Will: Qigong and Meditation On top of these, my brother recently got me into parkour and freerunning. Holistic training in a nutshell.
Plume 922 July 19, 2016 Share July 19, 2016 I try! I go for runs every now and then, and play basketball under my school program every Friday night. I wish I had a working bike/an exercise bike though - that stuff is a bit more my jam than running.
Guest July 19, 2016 Share July 19, 2016 (edited) Sure. I have daily morning sets ~3 hours and afternoon / evening sets ~5 hours. In weekends, I usually have one long ~8 hour set, but I sometimes run or go for a bike ride in the evening. Edited July 19, 2016 by Guest

Guest July 21, 2016 Share July 21, 2016 That is a lot of exercise. What kinds of exercise do you roll with? I bike a lot. Both indoor and outdoor. And I run and do weightlifting, powerlifting, crossfit, and bodybuilding on a regular basis as well. Sporadically, I do martial arts. But just as you, I prioritise both the holistic and specialised aspects of fitness and I think that's the key to an overall fitness. You seem pretty fit! How long have you been exercising? Guest July 21, 2016 Share July 21, 2016 Now that Pokemon Go exists, I might actually try to go out for walks more often. Since I've also heard that cycling is effective too, I could do that as well. I just wish I was more motivated than I currently am. That's what I'm quite ashamed of.
NullAccount 287 July 21, 2016 Share July 21, 2016 Most mornings I like to take long walks to get the blood pumping and catch Pokémon. I sometimes do a bit of exercises after lunch to try to help the digestion process. I have marching band most days, so I do quite a lot of exercise and marching for that. Every night I like to do some yoga.
