Acid reflux can be dangerous as well, definitely something Clawdeen should get treated for as she as already mentioned something about damage to her esophagus already. There is a real risk of internal bleeding or the development of cancer because of that so this is not good at all. Would the PPIs help? they should help, however if the condition is still causing her discomfort, this looks like it is a long term issue with her GI, I don't know what else Doctors would recommend but what I can say even though I'm not a healthcare professional myself, is I wish Clawdeen all the best.

hearing about a type of personality that likes using pity to farm or use compassion for controlling a narrative or dividing people... but I am becoming better at seeing the patterns and the types. I know that there are good people out there who don't just take or try to destroy but also wish to build and grow together. And this gives me strength. ;~; 
Still very sad that such a thing can even exist but it's a process to navigate through and learn to only give compassion to people who won't hurt/betray you.

It certainly is sad!  These days I feel as though you've been finding more of the good people, so don't lose hope! There's a whole lot of good people out there, more than you'll ever realize!

I find myself wondering about a certain individual I met on a support website around this time a year last year. I have never in my life opened up to somebody as much I have to this person. Those were some in-depth conversations I had with someone who actually matched the effort I put in and at a time I needed someone the most. I felt stupid at times having a conversation with this person due to how intelligent he was lol. One day he just disappeared. Never to be heard from again. I found myself relogging into this site a year later this week and sent a message saying hey it's been awhile how have you been. Nothing. I expected as much. Since the last time he made a post was over a year ago. This individual was struggling with a lot. From some rare medical issues, one of which was potentially deadly and the passing of his mother. I hope wherever this dude is he's still alive and doing well.

Being short 2 critical people at work as one slept in and the backup was in traffic, so the service was delayed and that screwed us up for lunch as well, as well as being in a hurry all day. Stressful. I really wish this was all behind me already, but that’s slowly turning into a next year thing, again…
