So as you all are aware, there will be a new Justice League Animated series.  In fact, here's the video below.

Here's what I can tell you about it.

For those of you who are fans of Batman: the Animated Series, Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill are back as Batman and the Joker(With Hamill also providing the voice of Swamp Thing)

Superman and Wonder Woman will have new Actors.  Superman will be voiced by Jason J. Lewis while Wonder Woman will be voiced by Rachel Kimsey

Teen Titan fans will be pleased to learn that Khary Payton will voice Cyborg(He's also voicing Cyborg on Teen Titans Go.  But I can confirm this: He is back in his old Teen Titans attitude)

Josh Keaton is back as Hal Jordon/Green Lanter

And if you missed Gilbert Gottfried as Mr Mxyzptlk, well he's back as well.

James Woods(Hades on Hercules) is the voice of Lex Luthor

Tara Strong is confirmed to be in this series, though it may be ether Batgirl, Raven or someone else(Sadly, it ain't Harley Quinn.  That goes to Grey Griffin)

Patton Oswalt(Quibble Pants on My Little Pony and Remy from Rattatouille) will voice Space Cabbie

John De Lancie(Q on Star Trek, Discord on My Little Pony) is said to voice Brainiac

Diedrich Bader(Batman from Batman: The Brave and the Bold) will voice Booster Gold

John DiMaggio will voice Lobo

Michael Dorn(Worf on Star Trek as well as his Grandfather Colonel Worf) will voice Atrocitus.  He previously voiced Kalibak on Superman the Animated Series.

Brent Spiner(Data on Star Trek) will play the Riddler/Edward Nygma

So who here is looking forward to the new Justice League animated series?  Also for those who were at Comic-Con, your thoughts on the episode that played there?

Space Cabbie? SPACE CABBIE? Of all the things to dredge out of the DC's back-catalog, they pull Space Cabbie?

While they're at it, why not do Snapper Carr or Detective Chimp? (just kidding, this should be great. For some reason DC does better with animated series than they do with live action.)

Yeah no kidding.  In fact, once this episode involving Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Cyborg and Toyman comes out, I think you'll enjoy it.

I love this cast of characters and the art style has grown on me, but I'm not too sure of the 11-Episode format of the Series, it eerily reminds me of "That-Show-Which-Must-Not-Be-Named".  Then again, Steven Universe and Adventure Time have done great things in 11 Minutes, so maybe this will be the same. I could always use some DC animation in my life.

On a side note, I miss the underoos. I know that these are based on later designs of the characters, but they look so.....naked without them.

Even though I am not really that interested in superheros, it's nice to see that another series action cartoon will be on television.

We haven't had that in a while.

Plus this was a really exciting trailer.

Surprisingly, the episodes will start off with the characters already in the middle of the action.  The episode I saw had Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman fighting off Toyman's armies all while Cyborg was goofing off playing video games.

Detective Chimp has appeared in Batman: The Brave and the Bold.

Snapper Carr has also appeared in the 2000's Justice League animated series and Young Justice.

Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill in their respective roles is always welcome, but I'm disappointed that there aren't many other voice actors are reprising their roles. Just to list a few examples, I'd like to hear Tim Daly or George Newbern as Superman again, or Susan Eisenberg as Wonder Woman. Diedrich Bader is a great voice actor, and I loved his take on Batman, but Tom Everett Scott was perfect as Booster Gold. I'll warm up to these new voices eventually, though, and assuming I enjoy the show.

I'm hoping Arleen Sorkin will play Harley Quinn, but she seems to have retired from that role, which is a shame. Unfortunately, I don't like Tara Strong's version because she sounds too loud and shrill. Or maybe a better voice director is needed. Hynden Walch (Starfire) does a decent Harley, though.

As for this show, I'm glad to see DC animation putting out another show because regardless of the opinions of Teen Titans Go, they should still have more than just that to showcase the comic characters.

It's not gonna be Tara Strong this time.  Grey Griffin will be voicing Harley Quinn for Justice League Action.
