Sometimes artists do an exaggeration on things in their art to place emphasis.  You're right though, Flurry Heart does have abnormally large wings and a horn, especially for a baby.

I just wanted to say,it annoys me,when people draw Flurry Heart with abnormally large wings,and a normal horn!They're both supposed to be big!Also,I was wondering if anyone agrees with me...

Which leaves me thinking: how the hell is Cadence still alive after pushing that thing out of her uterus? It's gotta be a train wreck down there. No wonder Cadence looks so exhausted.
