Speaking of other rulers to go back to the thread topic, do you suppose there are other rulers out there? As in, rulers of different creatures apart from dragons, yaks, and the like?

 

Now that I think about it, it is possible there are more out there who have yet to be seen or discovered. I wonder if they will expand on that in Season 7...

Given time, I'm sure the rest of Griffonstone will follow. I mean, look at Gabby as an example of the griffons not being so rude as they used to be since she was so energetic and happy.

Gabby could very well be the first griffin apart from Gilda who has broken the stereotypical mold that defined her kind.

Indeed, and with her the first griffon member of the Cutie Mark Crusaders, this can only mean more positive things for Griffonstone in the near future.

Not necessarily true. It does depend on how other griffins view Gabby. Most of them probably view her as being positive and desiring to find her place in the world. They would see that as against their traditions and cast her out accordingly as an oddity among them. Griffins like Gilda would appreciate what Gabby is trying to accomplish and encourage her to continue changing things back home at a slow pace.

I really hope they get to go outside of Ponyville in some form or another to help others. It really limits their ability to help others if they have to sit around and wait for problems to come to them always.

I have really liked her, and even if she becomes a mane 7, I wouldn't care. It would be cool *cough buyourtoys cough* if she had an element or something. She is in my opinion better tham Twilight.

I'm pretty sure their voice actors have already done some dialogue for Season 7, but until we know for sure, not much we can go on. However, if they ever are able to solve problems outside of Ponyville, that would be interesting to see for the Crusaders as they expand their duties to help others find their true talents in their lives.

Couldn't agree with you any more. Starlight was the MVP of season 6 (though Spike was definitely not that far behind). Seeing her growth and character development throughout the season was just a joy to watch. I too, would like her to become a mane 7 at some point. I really hope that she can get involved in some cutie map episodes in the future. It would really help expand her relationships with the rest of the mane 6, since we've only seen her spend time with Twilight and Spike.

I still see some potential after seing these finales. And Starlight is a character you can still do MUCH with 

For example... let her turn against the mane 6 at one point and then learn something important for herself in the process and then all being friends again. 

Also, i see the show staff doing a good job at creating new characters. Like they did with Sky.... stuff and Vapor Trail.

Erin Matthews isn't a regular on MLP even though she is part of Ocean Studios, and I'm going to assume that the same holds true regarding the voice actor for Tender Taps. It depends on what kind of scripts come their way from the writers and who would be the ideal person to provide a memorable voice.

Good point. It all depends on who would be willing to provide their voice for a guest character role in one of the Crusader episodes in the future. I do hope they find some good people to do that.

Michelle Creber, Claire Corlett, and Madeline Peters will always be around to voice the CMC unless one of the higher ups from either the show staff or Hasbro say otherwise due to the "they're getting old too now" excuse. After all, they were kids who voiced kids and it's stuck ever since.

The same can be said with any of the voices now. We've gotten so used to them now that changing them at this point would be complete and utter madness. Be glad that none of them want to leave because they love it.

I most certainly am! I don't think anyone could replace Nicole and Tabitha as the Royal Sisters, or Britt and Andrew as Cadance or Shining Armor, not to mention Tara as Twilight Sparkle. They are staying with the show for a good, long time.
