Lucky Bolt 35,085 April 19, 2019 Share April 19, 2019 I am at the moment, but not for long. I'll be starting up my first job in a couple months...probably at some typical first job place like a fast food restaurant or, something like that. 1 ☆ My socials ☆

Here No Longer 5,276 April 21, 2019 Share April 21, 2019 (edited) I am, because I can't find a job. All the high school kids take the jobs I'm looking for. You know, the minimum wage jobs stocking shelves and cashier type jobs. Not like that's really a bad thing, though. BulkyBright 37 April 21, 2019 Share April 21, 2019 I'm 13 years old, so I'm not even old enough to be employed. I'm a 13-year-old that plays video games too much.
Early Sunsets 2,107 April 21, 2019 Share April 21, 2019 Hopefully not for much longer. I promised myself I'd never get a job I hated, so that makes it a bit difficult to find work. Luckily I'm not at the point where I really have to worry about that yet. OdellaLark 185 April 21, 2019 Share April 21, 2019 Me sadly. I want a job but I’m not good at talking to people sometimes. And doing something one on one like an interview would cause my anxiety to hit hard and I go silent or just fumble with my words.

Prometheus 3,038 April 21, 2019 Share April 21, 2019 I've only just become unemployed after I quit the labouring job I'd had since I was 16. It was on a zero-hour contract where I'd sometimes go weeks without a single shift, and some weeks where I'd work 30-40 odd hours per week, wasn't exactly a stable source of income. Hell, even worked 2 part-time jobs near the end of 2018 on top of college, wouldn't recommend it.
The Kaeya Simp 13,989 April 21, 2019 Share April 21, 2019 I am currently too young to work in Scotland (one year left though, I'm 15)! although I am starting to look at jobs right now, since in the current Scottish economy you need to spend sometimes over a year to find a job, so might as well look at the jobs early! I have been looking at being a flight attendant, but the main problem is... I can't fucking swim! 3 minutes ago, Prometheus said: I've only just become unemployed after I quit the labouring job I'd had since I was 16. Rainbow Cloud 18,306 January 8, 2020 Share January 8, 2020 I'm currently unemployed at the moment but looking for a job. I don't rate my chances of getting one as being good though, might look into self employment if this situation continues.
Rainbow Cloud 18,306 January 9, 2020 Share January 9, 2020 15 minutes ago, Bas said: Unemployed again for 4 months now atm. I would advise for caution here, as this is a task that is easily underestimated, from investments, to work necessary, including customers, paperwork, legal background/papers etc. Yeah starting a business would be difficult. For me I just have something small in mind which would be formalising something I'm already doing to make a bit of money to sustain myself as I'm not claiming benefits or any aid from the state. It's also so I wouldn't look like I've been long term unemployed if I apply for other jobs.
