Mach33 819 March 21, 2017 Share March 21, 2017 I haven't asked a question in a while, but this one just popped into my head. Anyone see those Transformers Films (G1, G2, Movies 1-4, etc), The peace keeping Autobots and the power hungry Decepticons. Autobots want freedom for everyone along with prosperity and a choice of path. The Decepticons wanting equality, no freedom, no prosperity and absolute control (quick, basic overview (My point of view)). Anyway, my question is, which one are you? Autobot (Good) or Decepticon (Evil (wanting control, and power)). Is this an illusion?…
Malcontent 196 March 21, 2017 Share March 21, 2017 I'd classify myself as a junkion. Full of useless lines and entertaining in large doses. 1 Superheroes & Equestria Girls? Sounds fun to me! Brony Number 42 10,093 March 21, 2017 Share March 21, 2017 Of course that is a biased question when you are asking if people identify as good or evil. I usually like to play or root for the good guys. But I have a problem with the autobots. I've seen most of the shows and a lot of the time the autobots don't do what they need to in order to win. A number of times, the autobots let the decepicons go free. And Optimus doesn't authorize necessary force in order to win. I would be so frustrated, I would go rogue. 1 This is my new signature. Dreambiscuit 11,335 March 21, 2017 Share March 21, 2017 Um, I'd undoubtedly be on the good guys' side, especially if they look cool and have a nice paintjob. A good paintjob matters; I tell myself that every time I put on my makeup in the morning.

Nerdy Luigi 2,065 March 21, 2017 Share March 21, 2017 I actually don't care about Transformers... Never really did to be honest. Nonetheless, I wouldn't be either cliché stereotypical good or bad. I would much rather be a sort of anti-heroine, that does whatever she believes is right.
Yakamaru 3,132 March 25, 2017 Share March 25, 2017 Good and evil? Such a limited view. You can't just label everything good and evil, you must take into consideration someone's views and ideological affiliation. You also have to allow grey zones, middle areas, etc. Nothing is absolute. Only idiots deal in absolutes. Good, neutral, evil, a mix, what have you, is limited to your person, and your person alone. Everything else is relative and subjective up to certain points. From your point something may seem cruel and evil, while from someone else's view it may not. Yes, we're touching on a bit of moral/ethical relavitism. For instance, the Axis powers during the 2nd World War believed they were in the right, the good guys. And so did the Allies. Who determines what is right and wrong? Good and evil? The victors do. “Discovery is dangerous . . . but so is life. Ruddboy Olaf 10,628 March 25, 2017 Share March 25, 2017 Does it have to be Transformers related? I don't really care about Transformers. Neither, I'd be an anti-hero/lawful neutral and do whatever I think would benefit myself and others. If that means breaking a couple laws and cracking a couple skulls, so be it. cmarston1 5,964 March 25, 2017 Share March 25, 2017 (edited) I guess I would go with the Autobots and good, seeing how they are my favorite characters from the franchise. Even if I don't strictly view myself as being either pure good or pure evil and see myself as more of a neutral with a bit of good mixed in. Sovereign Leader Rarity 12,025 March 27, 2017 Share March 27, 2017 While I don't particuarly care about transformers, I always tend to play on the side of evil. Taking control over what you want and how you want it, knocking down anyone blocking your way, refusing to obey those who believe that they are in control of you..... Being a " good guy " is so drab and overdone. Why on Earth would I want to spend my life stopping those who are doing bad things just because " it's my responsibility ". I would much rather take what I want as a villain than have to make do with having to be grateful with what I was given as a hero. Heroes generally don't get as much power as villains, that's just how it is. Not to mention that Villains get outfits which are SO much more glamourous!!!

Invincible 2,092 March 27, 2017 Share March 27, 2017 I'm not really into transformers myself but if I had to say I'd say I'm on the side of evil. I think evil's goals are more challenging and subsequently rewarding than that of good. Plus, I was never really a good guy. I only care about myself and the people closest to me, I do not concern myself with everyone and everything. I'd say I even dislike most others and avoid them altogether, certainly not fighting for them. Bari 7,023 March 27, 2017 Share March 27, 2017 I'm definitely not an evil person, but I love the Decepticons. They get most of the war machines, purple colors, and they're just generally cooler.
