Look at this two restaurant owners in Spice Life Up

They look like characters from Elena Of Avalor

Their problem is

The Sibling Rivalry about Restaurant's ownership

One try to sell the restaurant and one try to protect her grandmother's recipes

This references to one of Elena Of Avalor's episode

The sibling rivalry about bussiness ownership

One try to sell it and one try to protect it

I'm pretty sure Elena wasn't even out yet when Spice of Life premiered.

But the references to Elena Of Avalor appeared on Spice Life Up

Watch the episode by yourself

Is about sibling rivalry of bussiness ownership

Quickly you will see that references in that episode

Spice Up Your Life was about ponies with a seemingly Indian nationality, while Elena of Avalor is about a Hispanic princess, I don't see the resemblance.

Plus the episode of MLP aired a month before Elena of Avalor premiered, so I don't see it as a reference.

Yet is indian but it still bears resemblance

The Sibling Rivalry of business ownership is a plot of Spice Your Life Up

Similar to one of Elena Of Avalor's episode but with India Twist

It's not a reference. It's just completely coincidental that two different cartoons both involved a plot about a restaurant. Anyway, Elena of Avalor's episode didn't even air until months after Spice Up Your Life, and neither were probably aware of what the other show was doing considering it takes like a year of production time between coming up with a premise to completing an episode.
