Name: Nijah Primrose 

Age: Physical Age variable based on level of Greed (chronological age well over a thousand) 

General description: Nijah Primrose is a wingless dragon from overseas. His scales are a striking shade of pink and his horns resemble that of a ram. Despite his age, he has maintained a relatively small size. This is due to a number of reasons, including keeping a small hoard and preferring a small and agile body over a large and lumbering one. It wouldn't take long for another dragon to figure out that he is quite a bit older than his size would imply though, much to his chagrin. He does look rather youthful in his smaller state, but there are tell tale signs only dragons know how to read that give away his age. Wingless dragons like him (and Spike) grow in proportion to the size of their hoard. If their hoard grows by a lot in a short amount of time, wingless dragons enter a "Greed" state where they are temporarily feral. Nijah can manage these states for the most part, but he prefers not to utilize them. In his large state (depending on how big his hoard got) He is a large and imposing beast and very quick to anger. He has quite a habit of shining his scales multiple times a day, sometimes at really inopportune moments. 

Family: Dragon's normally split apart and go their own ways after some time. Some go off to hibernate for centuries, others go off to collect treasure for their hoards. He's not particularly close to his relatives. 

Likes: Feeling pretty, having a good spar, sticking his nose into other people's business, choosing sides based on purely superficial reasons, being foppish, keeping a manageable sized hoard and figure. 

Dislikes: Changing into his large and bulky form, certain types of common gems (not good enough for his palate), seeing creatures getting bullied and enslaved (especially when they are cute!), Western dragons (those winged brutes are just so brutish and awful, bleh), being tricked. 

Fears: Being stuck in his large form, which is a growing possibility as the years go on. 

Best Friend(s): Nobody Equestria would know

Friends: ditto on that front 

Rival(s): ditto de trio 

Magic Smoke and Fire: Wingless Dragons have the ability to teleport things and themselves with their smoke and fire. Nijah is particularly adept at this and uses it quite frequently to teleport around a battlefield and just to travel. Nijah can also send messages through this means, though he would need to make a connection with a magical creature to have them be able to send a message back through him. He can also use this ability to summon weapons from his hoard into his grasp to fight with. His particular favorite is a an ornamental rose colored Sabre. This fire can also be used offensively and in creative ways, like shunting a boulder to his hoard and then calling it forth onto an opponent. Living creatures teleported by his fire are not harmed (if he chooses for that to be the case).

As long as Buck's Eastern Dragon character can accept my Character's belief that not ALL Western Dragons are as greedy as he believes. There's Spike, after all!

Spike's also a wingless dragon tho 

 I doubt it'd be a huge issue, more for comedic effect than anything else.

Technically, Ember's a winged dragon and she's not that brutish! 

Still, my character would want to stress the point that not ALL of an "evil" race are bad. He himself, as a Rogue Changeling that wants to help the Rebels, is an example of that!

Which would work for some good character interactions. Most of the winged dragons Primrose knew overseas were brutish, which is basically where the bias comes from. He can definitely be persuaded out of that line of thought, though there will be some learning curves there. 

As for how he'd get in, i had an action set piece in mind.

Also when you start playing in the RP your OC would probably be given s massive five meter long cape! So the cape would have an appearance design that's based off the colour scheme of your OC plus the cape would have magical properties and it would also be really cuddly!

Okay I guess you could start posting on the RP then! Anyways currently there's a massive battle taking place in the everfree forest between an army of channelings and the rebels. So you could start by having your OC join the battle in the forest!

How massive are we talking? How many combatants? How many are airborn vs on the ground? 

Also you are familiar with Eastern dragon aesthetics I assume. The wavy whiskers, the floating, long serpentine bodies, ect. He's more bipedal in his small form but still very bendable. Kinda like discord (though no chaos magic of course)
