Let me explain it simply:

I get a certain amount of data download a month ([can't remember exactly how many] gigabytes), and I pay about $50 per month for that amount of data.

If I exceed my data cap, my internet goes very slowly.

If I watch episodes, I exceed my data cap very quickly (in no small part thanks to my idiot constantly-Facebooking brother).

I can't afford any more internet than that per month, because I'm effectively unemployed and studying solely from a student benefit.

I can't get any better internet than that, because that's the cheapest internet data deal any company in my area offers.

I am completely unable to watch episodes on a regular basis.

It is not my fault.

And it is not particularly pleasant for me.

Stop guilt-tripping me.

When I was in school, I had a small birthday part and invited maybe ten of my school friends (and one of my teachers don't judge meh she was kewl). Afterwards, my friends said it was the best birthday party they'd ever attended and the only one they'd ever been to in their entire lives that didn't involve alcohol.

Reminded me of a story my mother once told me about one of her school friends who expressed legitimate surprise when introduced to the concept of having fun without alcohol being involved.

She's listed as featuring in a couple of my Pentatonix tracks and one of my Owl City ones, but I never put two and two together and associated her name with the violin in the tracks (just assumed she sang because Pentatonix).

Converting given data to cars/minute (by inverting) and adding the results to find Al and Fred's total productivity rate: 1/8 cars/minute + 1/6 cars/minute = 7/24 cars/minute when they work together.

Net neutrality is probably the sort of thing I'd be on the side of, but I only just heard about it today by the time they'd keeled it, so I dunno about the survival bit.

Our habit of blowing each other up with insanely powerful weapons (which are also on the fast track in terms of tech) doesn't really bode well for our survival of future wars, at least one major one of which I'm fairly convinced we're gonna have on our hands in under a century, judging from current world events.
