comedy I've considered becoming a stand up comedian in the fandom

 This might sound a bit unusual but I've  considered becoming a comedian in this fandom, to help better describe imagine a popular comedian such as Jim Gaffigan or will Ferrell,  i'd come up with pony related jokes, and jokes relating to the fandom, not exactly equestria itself (such as if I was actually a pony in the MLP universe) but I'd make jokes and tell stories about relatable things that the fandom shares and relates to, just like how a traditional comedian would talk about relatable and normal things everyone does etc. I may need help and advice getting this together and do you think it's a good idea?  Thanks a lot

I definitely think it's a good idea and would love to see it. These really seem to work out, a fave comedy thing of mine from the fandom is the Whose Line Is It Anyway adaptation by ACRaceBest and it rocks, I'm sure yours would too!

I don't see why not. Being able to make people laugh and getting them to have fun with life for a little while is a pretty awesome thing.

Do you have dreams of being a comedian in general as well? If not, this could be a great start for a career in comedy. Eventually the fandom will run down, and being able to take your skills and apply them in other fandoms, or within life in general would help keep your material relevant no matter where you take it.

I do, I love making people laugh and spreading joy and acceptance to others  in a relatable and slightly awkward manner, thus I pick comedy as a route and actually one of my hobbies is making people laugh

I don't see how most of us could be of help, unless you need help with video and such, or are looking for assistance with a routine.... I would say just make a couple of videos and post them. You gotta start somewhere.

I think not only could this be a thing with bronies, but some who are either not too much into the fandom, or haven't even heard of it, would like it and maybe show them what it's like! I love the idea, and I think you should definitely post some details once you get things going.
