And here's the image that has trouble being displayed.

 

Some websites, such as FunnyJunk and occasionally e621, mess up the image code, and the image's URL gets replaced with the webpage's. I suggest avoiding img tags with those, and rather using the hyperlink option.

Or in the case of imageboards, do as I did here: look for the source (under Statistics on e621) and right-click to copy the picture's URL. In this case, the original picture was on DA, which is perfectly compatible with the img tags.

Hmm... I don't know what is going on. It was working fine earlier. Apparently I am "not allowed to use that type of extension in this community" or something. I usually just entered the URL when I clicked the "Image" button.

Happens to me too sometimes. Some websites aren't allowed to be linked through images on this site. If you'd like to use the same picture and are using Google Images, click the 'More Sizes' button when highlighting the picture on the selection page, and find one that is allowed to be posted on here.
