Binging the entirety of G4: What do you skip?

Let's say for all intents and purposes you are placed in a time bubble and get to binge watch all of Friendship is Magic and Equestria Girls. This time bubble makes it so time is completely halted so in the end there is no consequence for how long or how quickly you watch through the entirety of Gen 4.

So then what episodes or movies would you skip purely based your enjoyment and not being a waste of time watching?

I would skip none because even though I've had my frustrations with episodes the characters involved are always great to watch in their best and in their worst. The stories are still engaging with their personalities and acting so yeah nothing really makes me want to skip an episode. Pony is always entertaining for me no matter the moral or execution.

I would skip Look Before You Sleep, The Cutie Pox, Spike at Your Service, Bloom and Gloom ( one of the most overrated episodes in the show), Applejack's Day Off, Every Little Thing She Does, and Honest Apple.

I'd watch them all again. Even within the episodes I hate I still find entertainment in thinking about why I hate them, and it makes it easier to truly appreciate the ones I like.

This is definitely why I like rewatching episods that frustrate me. It is interesting to see what could have been better and what is still in the episode that's enjoyable.

I'd skip all the EG stuff, maybe except for Rainbow Rocks. I think I'd watch all the FiM episodes and MLP movie, and I'd get some FiM comics into that bubble, and some fan-made videos too.

If time was on my side like that, I think I'd only skip openings and closings. I'd let a few openings play just for fun, and any of the non-standard closings.

 

Can I borrow this time bubble to watch ALL of Doctor Who as well? I mean right back to the 1960's episodes!

This is the list I would go for if I was like, getting ready to watch a new season premiere. It it were say...a series finale, I would watch every episode, but I think here I got most of the important ones and most of the great ones. That way I can reduce the binge from 169 episodes to 80ish.

I wouldn't skip any episode. Because even the episodes I like the least I find enjoyment in. What can I say, I'm pretty positive when it comes to the show.

I don't actually skip anything. There are some I like more than others but I don't think whenever I go through and watch ponies I skip anything.

At some point, I will rewatch the series from the beginning. I wouldn't skip any episodes, as I've liked most of them, and even my least favorite episodes have moments I enjoy.

What about the non-FIM content? The Equestria Girls movies are good (though it took a while for the universe to grow on me) and the specials are even better so I wouldn't skip them either.

As for the various shorts, I wouldn't consider them as important as the longer MLP material. Most of the EqG shorts are enjoyable with the catchy songs and some additions to the universe so I can imagine rewatching them, as well. As for pony shorts, Hot Minute and the Happy Birthday thing for Netflix were pretty funny. The other shorts (Flurry Heart's Scrapbook, Peek Behind the Boutique, Fundamentals of Magic) are definitely watchable but their appeal mostly comes from the visuals. And then there's the one thing you're better off skipping: the Equestria Girls Minis CGI web shorts where nothing of note happens.

All animated media? Hmm. Chances are I'd probably binge-watch even the episodes I dislike just to say I have a relatively current opinion on them, but if I wanted to only do episodes I don't mind watching, I'd skip these:
