1. Lauren Faust's MLP Bible

2. The last five episodes of Season 7

3. Eight full episodes of Season 8

4. Season 8's entire episode list along with full synopsis, song names and special voice actor guests.

5. Season 9 concept art and vectors

Including the return of King Sombra in episodes 1 and 2. And the introduction of the necromancer himself, Grogar.

6. Confirmation that Season 9 is the last season of MLP: FIM. The show will have lasted from 2010-2019.

7. Information, emails and concept art regarding Generation 5 including confirmation that 2020's movie will be prequel to Gen 5.

8. Paramount Pictures will release the prequel movie

9. Boulder animation will handle the animation for the movie.

10. Toon Boom Harmony will handle the animation for Gen 5.

11. The movie will be in CGI, the show will be in 2D.

12. They are targeting John Legend for a song role in the 2020 movie.

13. Meghan McCarthy wants Tiffany Haddish for Gen 5 series.

For the sake of my sanity, i should not read this thread but curiousity is my problem, i cant avoid spoiler in internet, knowing better than being ignorant, i guess.

I only have 2 seasons to spend with this show now? That's depressing, i feel like it not going to end that soon, nothing last forever, hope the show will end in satisfying way.

It weird, season 6, 7 focus more on Starlight story arc, not mane 6, especially Twilight, who are supposed to be the main characters. Now there are 2 seasons left, i think they will wrap up some story arcs of secondary characters like Starlight, Spike, Discord etc then finish the series with the mane 6 or 7 if they still keep Starlight around. There will be a lot of 'filler' episodes, because mlp is not anime-heavy-story-arc kind, so how many episodes we got as 'plot thicken'?

Season 3 was supposed to be the end of the show and yet, the episodes are almost fillers with few arguely meh episodes without any real progression beside Twilight ascension. I can talk shit to some long-running animes have gotten bad over time but at least they take time with their story arcs and when they ended, i felt like i didnt miss anything, can mlp do something like this, or it like a MMORPG with rich story and world-building suddenly end because it's not profitable anymore then people just shut down the servers?

Anyway, just enjoy while it lasts, hope these remaining episodes will be good, if they are BAD..... let hope its not THAT bad.

Digging through some of the e-mails it seems like the staff at Hasbro is pointing to DHX as the original source of the leaks. Apparently Hasbro did its own run-through of its servers and didn't find anything out of place, so their blaming DHX, but they don't know if it was someone from outside DHX breaking into the servers and stealing the files or someone at DHX coping and downloading the files themselves. I kept reading and found that they want to do some type of IP-tracker so if someone does try to leak stuff again they may be able to track them back down.

From a certain point of view, that argument makes sense. Not because of some bullshit and unfounded optimism that it won't happen, it's because it's such a long timeframe, that things likely won't go exactly as planned by then. Still we can be certain that FiM will end, be it at 2020, or maybe a year or so later, but it WILL end
