I hung a Rainbow Dash necklace on the inside rear-view mirror of my new car tonight because the necklace is too small for me to wear, now I have RD with me where ever I travel

I used to have a Derpy keychain. I gave it away to a friend that I no longer talk to.  Good for you on the necklace though, now the car feels a bit more cozy.

I'm fine, the day came on track at work and is quite peaceful at the moment. I extend mine hope for the proper Friday for a change *chuckles*

A cramp... Dost thou have them frequently? If 't be true thou dost, thou needst more calcium: milk and derivatives, fish, etcetera.

Nope.  I run miles pretty much everyday.  This is the first one I've had in a long time.  Guess I was just due one.

Howdy folks!

I just came in from a jog... probably nowhere near as impressive as a veteran runner like @Rising Dusk. I'm not one for jogging/running, but I started and did half of C25K last year and it was really helpful, so I'm doing it again with the intention of finishing this year...which will surely help my next Spartan race. 

I'm was at the last day of week three (5 min walk; 7 minute jog; 5 minutes walk) -- during my jog I went a bit over half a mile! I put the Spurs to it a bit in pace...the other day I was going too fast and was out of breath, weezing, and felt like vomiting the whole time...I assume that's not the goal.

I've never really done anything with my running, just to help keep my weight under control and healthy.  So you've got me beat by actually doing events!
