FTR, I kind of like the idea of the mime pony being her mom, it would feel like an extremely subtle tease if they did go that route, though I am pretty sure Scootaloo is raised by her aunts in that Ponyville mysteries book, which I believe is canon.

What we do know is whoever Scootaloo's parents are, they're implied at the very least to have a very hooves-off approach to her; along with allowing Scootaloo to be out all night in "Flight to the Finish", Scootaloo outright says she didn't get support growing up in "Parental Glideance". This doesn't confirm she's an orphan, it just confirms that her parents are distant if they're there in her life.

I certainly see where you're coming from - even if their work is as important as they say, the least they could have done is arrange for Scootaloo to actually live with her aunts, as opposed to them alternating foal-sitting duties with whichever local adults aren't busy. Rainbow Dash basically did more for Scootaloo than her entire biological family put together.

Plus there's no indication that she's ever seen a doctor about the whole "can't fly" thing. Then again, Rainbow Dash helped Apple Bloom try hang gliding and got Tank his propeller backpack, but only gave Scootaloo a lecture on how she should have no preference for being able to fly over not being able to fly. So she's not that much better there.

 actually  we did see Scootaloo real parent in the last crusade  and their name are snap shutter and mane allgood

This poor topic aged like the reveal of Discord being Starswirl the Bearded. I always leaned more towards believing that Scootaloo had parents, considering she had a nice house in Flight to the Finish. I'm glad we finally got to see that she did have parents, but it was never something I particularly cared about.
