Are you religious?

I'm a Catholic, I attend church weekly, I'm an alter server and a bell ringer, I wear a cross and chain... Yep, I think I'm fairly religious!

How many other people are religious in any way here?

I was until I was 13, then I abandoned all religion entirely. Been an atheist since then.

I'm non-religious but I strongly support most religions. It's not my place to tell someone that what gets them through their day is a misguided thing or something. I'd much prefer to be on good terms with most people.

Celtic and Native American mix, given my mom, is half native,  I use both sides.  I mix what feels right and adds balance in my life or those I can help!

I'm an eclectic pagan, mostly focusing on hedge witchery and aspects of animism. I'm not super religious though. :3

I am spiritual, just not that religious.  I'm a pagan, mostly dealing with Indigenous faith but I must admit that I feel a bit disconnected from that.  Maybe I should try looking around again in pagan beliefs for something else?

I am not religious, nor am I particularly spiritual.  I do believe in luck, and I do believe in karma to an extent, but no belief in deities or spirits. I've entertained thoughts of an afterlife or reincarnation though. Not as serious beliefs, but more as 'what ifs' and 'this might be plausible' type stuff.

I'm against organized religion as it has been used for thousands of years to control the masses and propagate bloody holy wars in the name of a "god". There is little to no evidence to suggest any of the major religious texts are based on factual events, so I have no reason to take them to heart as "the only truth". There may or may not be a God, but until I see credible evidence to suggest he sent down prophets and books, I'm more comfortable with asking "why? how? is there a God?" than having an answer.

Im a Jedi and a religious, not a philosophical one so I would indeed say yes I am. Currently in seminary training at my Temple to be ordained as clergy.

I'm in between agnostic and spiritualist. I believe that there is something within living things that makes them alive and different from each other. I believe that souls are very real. I believe that divine beings can be good, evil, or just indifferent to us humans. I believe that there are multiple universes. I believe so much more but I wont bore anyone with them all.

I am not a believer myself. Some call it Atheist but I do not think that applies to me.

I follow others as a person who believes in the provable and I cannot follow blindly anyone one who makes outrageous claims. If you are familiar with Christopher Hitchens then you will understand my position. I do understand that if some one wants to believe in any religion that its OK with me, however they can keep it to themselves and not try to force me to conform to their traditions. I do not and will not conform to any religious beliefs or doctrine. I value others as I value myself and would like to continue to progress in life this way. I am not afraid to sit with others and share thoughts. I do not desire to poke or ridicule anyone about what they believe. I rather accept people for who they are.
