I had a snack of popcorn and two small cookies, one chocolate chip the other M&M.

I had some rosemary & sea salt sardines with some lemon, garlic & chilli sardines and some rice with soy sauce on the side.

Last night, Korean pot noodle, cheese & brown bread.

I had a dream of a steak in brown sauce (HP) and it was cooked in my favourite rub.

I had it with grilled onions and truffle microwave ‘baked’ potatoes.

It feels great to cook again.

I had a dream of a steak (another one) with hollandaise sauce on top and with rice & soy sauce with oven baked potato gratin with truffle mayo on top.

Had me a nice bowl of chili, and some chicken wings my aunt gave me... 

 

yesterday for supper we went out to this local supermarket that was also a restaurant and they served Vietnamese food there, so I tried Beef Khalbi with Bok Choy soup and Sticky Rice. My aunt ordered an appetizer called a Firecracker Shrimp, and it was basically a shrimp wrapped in an egg-roll shell and it was perfect

Saturday — scampi & chips takeout, with mushy peas & onion rings, Tartare sauce, ketchup...

Sunday — chicken & mushroom pie, baked potatoes, boiled carrots & cabbage, gravy, mustard...

Today (so far) — cornflakes & milk, toast...

I had blade or sandwich steak topped with whiskey barbecue sauce and hp sauce with rice and soy sauce along with some alfredo pasta, yum yum.

Today for lunch, I had me a nice few mozzarella sticks with boiled cauliflower and broccoli and pineapple chunks  

Breakfast was a microwave  sausage, egg and cheese pita

dinner was stew and grilled cheese! :O
