animation When will the Simpsons end?

Predictions made correct or not, in my opinion, The Simpsons has been suffering from seasonal rot for a long time now, much like some other shows like South Park and Spongebob Squarepants, just to name two.

As bad as the show has been, can we agree that it was one of the best cartoons ever in its prime?

For sure, it's iconic. Seasons 1-10 or so are some of the best and most quotable pieces of television ever produced.

There's another show(Owned by Fox) that many thing should end: Family Guy.  Ironically, Seth MacFarlane also wants it to end as well, and he's been doing so since 2011.  The reason why the series has been going on is because Fox is making alot of money off the DVD sales.  So whatever Seth's been doing to cancel Family Guy, it hasn't been working.

After season 14 i grew out of Family Guy. Peter is just annoying, and the 'jokes' are stale.

For the Simpsons, thats like Mickey Mouse ending. Its so engraved into American culture that should it leave TV format, it will most likely continue on in comic books, clothing, licensing, and amusement park rides. Though, I dont think i could get bored of the show. Part of me doesnt want it to end, but at the same time where else can they go? The last episode was fairly decent for those who go nuts over simpson lore.
