  1. Didn't go to prom because it just wasn't for me. My advice: go if you wanna but if not don't sweat it. It really is not as big of a deal as some grownups like to make it out to be.
  2. I'm gay. Every relationship i have ever been in has been with a guy. I used to call myself Bi but i think that was me just trying to cling to the straightness i percieved myself as. after i realized it felt really liberating and was a lot of confusion off my back and i can say i'm much happier now.
  3. hahahaha yoooo i remember when i was alot younger like 4 years ago and i found that game, i spent a dumb amount on the in app purchases because i was a stupid kid (but i ended up getting it all back later) but it was all good fun. Like most of those tycoon type games though at a certain point progression slowed to a crawl and it became an app u just run in the background while you wait for stuff to replenish. I don't enjoy those very much anymore
  4. I was massively disappointed with the Wii U but Nintendo rly looked like they learned from their mistakes and the Switch is looking promising. I want one just for the LoZ game and Splatoon 2
  5. When it stops bringing in money
  6. Dammnnnnn hahaha u got a lot of my canon ones i guess Curly and Quote from Cave Story, Ruby & Sapphire from Steven Universe, Sailor Uranus and Neptune from Sailor Moon, and Madoka and Homura from Madoka Magica (not canon but i still ship anyways).
  7. Minecraft definitely lol, i'm sure i'm not the only one who was addicted to Minecraft completely in their adolescence. I still enjoy it but not as much as i used to I don't even really play video games as a whole a lot anymore.
  8. same here. i hope i don't sound silly or anything but they just don't feel as fresh or new to me as they used to in a way.
  9. Video Games totally, i cant name the last game i played i have a bunch of games on my steam account, i just can't get motivated to play and enjoy them as much as i used to and it feels real bad.
  10. Uh hm that's a question for sure. Probably Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull just because that was one of the earliest films i saw in theaters and really liked the other Indiana Jones films i had seen previously but this one just seemed incredibly boring and a whole lot of going in circles. but i haven't seen it in 10 years so my memory might be fuzzy
  11. Hey all, I'm here because i'm looking for suggestions on Black Metal (Particularly Depressive/Suicidal Black Metal, Ambient Black Metal or Blackgaze but anything works really) I can't really recall much metal that i listen to on a completely regular basis, I absolutely adore Noise Rock and Hardcore if that helps whatsoever. I really liked Alcest, Velvet Cacoon, Burzum, Darkthrone and Nahvalr when i checked them out but otherwise i haven't heard very much. I would really appreciate some essential albums or what have you
  12. Nirvana - Marigold legitimately the best nirvana song imho

  15. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Counter-Earth Philolaus's ideas were all eventually superseded by the modern belief that a spherical Earth rotating on its own axis was one of several spherical planets following the laws of gravity and revolving around a much larger Sun. The idea of a Counter-Earth waned after the heliocentric model of the solar system became widely accepted from the 16th century. In the contemporary world "Counter-Earth" usually refers to a hypothetical planet with an orbit as Burch described, on the other side of the "Central Fire"—i.e. the Sun. It cannot be seen from Earth, not because Earth faces away from the center,[Note 1] but because the Sun's great size and luminosity blocks its view. It has been a recurring motif in science fiction, fiction—often serving as an allegory for the real Earth[15]—and UFO claims.[2]
  16. Nitpicking and subverting a single thing i said in an attempt to devalue my other points is low effort and unproductive.
  17. one of the main reasons i feel flat earth theories have become so prominent is the rise in contrarianism in politics that I've noticed. I can't think of many other reasons other than blatant stupidity. It's the same reason there's been a large rise in conservatism and ESPECIALLY the alt-right. In fact, I notice the same people touting these nutty flat earth/conspiracy theories. Makes me wonder if there's some sort of correlation. I almost exclusively never notice any "liberals" or """""SJWs""""" repping them and chalking it up to politics entirely is short sighted and nonsensical. There are many factors that would lead to somebody buying into flat earth theories such as lack of access to education or simply herd mentality that i would place over political affiliation. the term SJW has become mainly a strawman and a buzzword people use to dismiss opinions or viewpoints they disagree with outright rather than addressing them straightforwardly. Sorry for the little rant, just something i see often and i felt i had to get off my chest.
