Huge one, really. There were many who said she plays a double bass, but others say she plays the cello. It's been going on since "The Best Night Ever" first aired in season one.

I thought the only debate going on about octavia, was whether she was to be arecurring character or not. Seems like we will only get to see her in Canterlot though, maybe she'll move to ponyville soon

The funny thing about this is, that EQD posting about Octavia being a cellist wouldn't have happened without me. I happen to have one of the Equestria Daily pre-readers as an MSN contact; we were discussing the episode after seeing it and he wanted to know what instruments were being played in this scene. I told him to go contact Will Anderson and I gave him his e-mail address.
