I will have to go with Rainbow Dash on this one. First off, I like the way her mane mixes curves and spikes; It blends together to look really good on her. Along with that, is the fact that the mane is a pretty good length. Lastly, her mane is rainbow colored (except they forgot indigo XD). That definitely makes her stand out amongst the others. She just has a great mane overall!

My runner up would be Fluttershy. Her mane has that great long and flowing design that really fits her. Plus, I image it is quite soft!
