There's a skin you can get for it, here: Translucent Taskbar. This PC originally had Windows Vista installed, and apparently you can't upgrade to Windows 10 from Vista for free. That's also why it's in light mode and has the default wallpaper. And I realize there are is anemic amount of programs on the desktop. That's because I don't think this computer is capable of much of anything else, so I installed four programs. Spotify, Discord, Firefox, and the Chromium-based Edge beta.
